With 400 skiable acres, 3 lifts, a magic carpet and 32 runs, Snow King has terrain suiting everyone from the elderly to small children. Three-hour passes and night skiing is offered on their northern facing slopes. The lift tickets are also considerably cheaper when compared to other resorts in the area.
This resort is located in the Casper Mountains, 11 miles south of Casper, Wyoming. The mountain features 27 trails of varying difficulty with a 600 feet drop in 60 acres of skiable terrain. The facility offers a double chairlift with a capacity of 1000 skiers per hour and a magic carpet. The magic carpet is on the beginner terrain making it a great skiing area for children. This is one of the few resorts that has its resort building located on the summit rather than at the base.
