Located with views over the estuary and having a pleasant garden, the cottage is well situated. However, it is in a housing estate on a very steep hill. We had problems with the heating but no doubt these will be sorted! Good sized TV and comfortable seating Aberdyfi is an attractive base from which to explore the area.
