This house was amazingly comfortable for a large number of guests. Everyone had their own bed and no one had to sleep on couches. And they did a great job of also making sure the rest of the Home was accommodating to large number guests. A lot of times when a house says it sleeps a large number then they might have a table that seat seats only a few. But not this house. Their table was big for everyone. They had a large golf cart that made it easy to get down to the beach. But if you don’t want to use the golf cart, the beach is easily walkable. Also, it’s close to a restaurant where you can grab lunch right there on the beach. This house is so nice and the owners have the cutest story. (we read their story in the book that was there that provided any extra information we could’ve needed.) I definitely would recommend this house to anyone who needed to take a large group to the beach and wanted to be able to get down to the beach easily.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view is outstanding and the suite is very comfortable. A couple of comments. .. Please put together a welcome packet for your unit with information on nearby food and drink places. Also include instructions for the use of the televisions and dryer. The step up into the walk-in shower was awkward. Please add some handrails both in the shower and out. A box of Kleenex in each suite would be a welcome addition. The beds and couch were very comfortable and the newer appliances are very nice. The dining chairs are exceptionally heavy. Overall, our stay was wonderful! Thank you for making your suite available.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and tidy, the bed in the loft was so comfortable, and the location in the woods made the experience peaceful. The screen-in porch was a delight, escaping the bugs when quietly watching the woodsy creatures. Being a dog-friendly home, the quiet country roads were perfect for exercising our fury friend. Check in instructions were very clear, and the host messaged me to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this home.

A list of 75 U.S. destinations renowned for their fall foliage scenery and for which internal exclusive HomeToGo vacation rental price and traveler demand data was compiled. In order to rank these destinations, four data points were researched: the median nightly cost per person for vacation accommodation, the search volume for vacation rental stays in the area, each park's scenic appeal, and the number of plant species in each destination. After obtaining the raw data, each data point was assigned a representative numerical value between 5 and 10, with 5 representing the lowest data point and 10 representing the highest data point. The hypothetical "perfect score" would be 40 out of 40. The following equation was used in order to calculate this for every factor:

Score(i) = 5 · (x(i) - xmin ) / (xmax - xmin ) + 5

Affordability Score: Exclusive internal HomeToGo cost data was used to find the median nightly price per person for vacation accommodation in each area with a check-in date between September 22, 2025 - December 21, 2025. The area with the lowest median nightly price per person was awarded a maximum score of 10, and the remaining locations were awarded a score of 5 or higher.

Hidden Gem Score: Exclusive internal HomeToGo demand data was used to find the search volume for vacation rental stays in each area with a check-in date between September 22, 2025 - December 21, 2025. The area with the lowest search volume was awarded a maximum score of 10, and the remaining locations were awarded a score of 5 or higher.

Scenic Score: Flickr was used to find the number of photographs featuring each area's foliage as the subject. The most frequently photographed destination was given a score of 10, and the remaining areas were awarded a score of 5 or higher.

Flora Score: Information from iNaturalist was used to pinpoint the number of observed plant species in each area. The area with the most species was given a score of 10, and the remaining areas were awarded a score of 5 or higher.
