The space is good - you can't ask for much more. The location is wonderful, the hosts are very welcoming and responsive. The value, compare to nearby three star hotels, is amazing. Everything you possibly need and want is here - well equipped kitchen, washer, drier. However, the place can use updates. Washer and dryer are very difficult to use and have seen the better times. The air-conditions are in only in two rooms - one bedroom and downstairs. The second bedroom has only a fan - it was uncomfortable to us to the point that one of us had to sleep in a living room. The problem is that the window was not closing well at all - only 30 percent or so. All the noise is coming in and, if you are a light sleeper, you frequently wake up. The pull down curtain, and towel drier in one bathroom are so sold and scratched, that you feel wrong using them. Few updates and this place would been a perfection.
