Family fishing trips near Sea Rim State Park cabins are some of the most rewarding you will ever take. There are two options at the park. Come surf fishing on the Gulf of Mexico or fish the marsh lakes using rod and reel, crab net or throwline. A fishing line is not required for shoreside fishing.
Swimming is banned in certain areas of the park due to the native alligators that inhabit the park. However, there are some safe areas of the park where swimming is permitted. Be sure to supervise children at all times, especially if swimming in a river where the conditions are variable.
