The house is lovely, with beatiful old furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The landlord and lady are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed swimming in the lake (Urnersee) from our private pebble beach every afternoon. The highway is close, but we didn't hear it in the house and the noise was soft so it dind't bother us when we were sitting outside. In short: It was a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
