It was just perfect. There was an odor but other than that I enjoyed it so much! It was close to the garage and the view was perfect. There. Was access to the beach you just had to tread 125 steps down and then back up.

Pros: Location excellent, unit very nice, comfortable, clean. Parking very convenient. Cons: Weren't informed Clubhouse would be closed for renovations, gate to beach was chained and padlocked. Unit was very bright at night due to outdoor floodlights and sheer drapes.
