With an indirect train journey from London you can be in Snowdonia in less than four hours with even shorter travel time from Liverpool or Cardiff. Once there, it is recommended you use the local bus service, the Sherpa Bus, to get around to the different points in the park. In the summer, the park and ride car parks are usually full by 8 a.m. so ensure you get up early.
