Cedar Point: A Place You'll Never Forget

With good reason, Cedar Point is known as the roller coaster capital of the world. This theme park's rides and water park are perfect for creating lifelong memories. A vacation rental near Cedar Point gives your family plenty of privacy and space to sit back after a fun day.

What to See and Do at Cedar Point Theme Park

Hop on a Roller Coaster

The park boasts a whopping 18 roller coasters, each of which offers a different thrill. You can't miss Steel Vengeance, the world's tallest, fastest, and longest hybrid roller coaster.

Visit Cedar Point Shores

Seconds away from the roller coasters, this water park serves as a chilled out getaway with attractions for all ages. Check out Point Plummet's six-story drop for a wild time.

Watch a Show

Live dancers, singers, and themed shows will keep you entertained during your stay even when you're not on a ride.

Planning Your Cedar Point Theme Park Vacation

Special Events

Summer nights come alive at Cedar Point, where fireworks, fire pits, and beach activities are frequent occurrences. The Brew and BBQ brings together 100 craft beers with Memphis and Kansas City barbecue.

Food and Drinks

Other than unopened water bottles or food for visitors with special diet needs, food and drinks are not allowed into the park. Outside the main entrance, there are picnic shelters where you can eat your own food. You can re-enter the park as long as your hand is stamped, so feel free to return to your vacation rental for a meal. Alternatively, the park contains some dining options.

Nearby Attractions

If you're up for more water attractions, Castaway Bay, Ohio's only indoor water park, lies a short drive away from Cedar Point. You won't run out of things to do at this 38,000 square-feet park, which is open all year. For a more relaxing excursion, check out Lake Erie. You'll love the scenery and can try parasailing and kayaking, among other activities.
