It's all about location. The apartment is nice, modern, good kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms all ok with good aircon. Wouldn't be worth the cost though if it wasn't for the location. The photos you see don't do justice to the views and you can't be better situated for the main beach and some great restaurants. Bit noisy at club kicking out time (4-6am) but a minor issue and 4th floor helps (2 lifts btw). Management at Planet Gold very professional, easy key pick up from office (short cab ride) and leave in the appt at the end. I'd recommend, even if toppish.
