Slopes are accessed via a short walk (approximately 150 yards) to the "Corridor" ski trail which provides direct access to the Gondola, Arrow or Gemini lifts. For those who want to venture to the base area but not ski the Green line bus stops at Base Camp, and the resort village is only about a 1/4 mile walk from the entrance of the complex.

You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the villa's beautiful warm interior, boasting high-end designer furnishings, cozy mountain touches, in floor radiant heating, Wolf gas range, custom woodwork throughout the kitchen, massive dining table, double sided fireplace in the master bedroom that doubles into the master bathroom, and a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room. This home has one of the best location and views available, situated next to the Winter Park Resort base village, with a ski trail just outside the building that will take you directly to the Zephyr gondola. "This is a big condo that accommodated our group of 4 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. We could easily have had 2 more people and not felt cramped at all. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked pretty much every meal during our stay. The TVs were great and the couches were comfortable. Everything was nice. The main complaint we had was that the hot water heater (s) could not keep up with the demand, which we didn't think was that much, especially for the size of the place. No one seemed to get a nice, hot shower. Similarly, although there is a gorgeous bath tub, there is not enough hot water to fill it more than a few inches. And the lock to the back door doesn't work. As far as location, you can "ski in and ski out" but not without a moderate (several hundred yards) walk and then a steep uphill climb or about 60 stairs depending on which way you go."

"This was a great place to stay for our families- four adults, two teenagers, a toddler, and an infant. It was well stocked (high chairs, pack and plays, even had baby and toddler silverware), clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Only a 3 minute walk to the slopes, which was very convenient. I have no complaints at all about this rental. We loved every minute!"

"What an amazing place! There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out during our stay. Mostly the kids stayed in the basement living room and us adults in the kitchen. This home is very clean with new carpet and lighting. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having our own hot tub after skiing all day. Bonus - We love our coffee and there are plenty of coffee options (k-cups, drip and nespresso). Coffee from a local company was provided with the stay and was amazing! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Our reservation with another company and condo was cancelled 3 days before the Winterpark Jazz Festival. Luckily Winterpark Escapes had available rentals and reasonably priced. We were able book another condo and we had a great time. Condo was spacious and everyone had enough room to spread out. Kitchen was wonderful, well stocked and we loved the 2 coffee machines. Will definitely stay use Winter Park Escapes and definitely stay at 492 again."
