This newly built luxury 5 BEDROOM / 3.5 BATHROOM townhome SLEEPS UP TO 13 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 2800 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space and includes 3 KING BEDS, 1 QUEEN BEDS, 3 TWIN BEDS (BUNK), 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

Built to blend into the countryside without completely disappearing the wood, glass, and stone of #403 invites guests to enter through the front door located off to the side of the two car garage. Step inside and discover a space where ceiling soar, windows frame the Rocky Mountains beautifully, and wood floors reflect the beauty of wood beams overhead. A comfortably plush leather sofa holds a place of honor across from a gas fireplace that offers a supersized smart television hanging above the wood mantel. Walls of windows provide unobstructed views of the countryside and two upholstered chairs are placed where the light is best, ensuring that these will be the best reading chairs in the home. French doors with mullion-free windows offer access to an expansive deck furnished with more seating options and a barbecue grill guaranteed to get much use in the warmer months of the year.

A long wood dining table centers the open concept floor plan, providing a comfortable place to play games, devour meals, or engage in long conversations with favorite cousins. A light hanging over the table offers bright light at night but will more than likely not be needed during the day as the entire space is bright and well lit from the windows that surround it.

Cooking is fun again in a large kitchen filled with modern appliances, granite countertops and an expansive island fronted with four wood stools. The dishwasher is tucked away in the island along with the sink and it is a perfect spot to prepare meals while staring out the windows at those amazing views you can only find in Winter Park. A six-burner range is fun to use and makes short work of meal preparation or can be ignored while guests explore the culinary landscape of our mountain town.

This level also offers a luxurious half bath, offering a porcelain vessel sink and a quiet wood portrait of a solo fisherman casting his line into what is probably the Fraser River.

The lower level of 403 offers a second living room which can be claimed by noisy kids as their own or used when multiple families travel together. An oversized sectional, smart TV, and a second fireplace make this room feel comfy every day of the year. A bookshelf filled with games, artwork, and books lounges against one wall and a wet bar with wine chiller is tucked away in another corner of this sumptuously appointed space. A shuffle board table can be found down here as well, offering hours of entertainment for everyone who resides within the walls of this special home.

Enjoy a touch of whimsy in the form of a longhorn steer head hanging over the king bed of the master suite and private access to a balcony filled with more seating options offers the perfect way to start and finish each day; with a cup of coffee or a cup of wine as you sit, sip, and watch the changing landscape that surrounds Lakota Reserve. A full ensuite bath with walk in shower and a double granite topped vanity makes quick work of morning ablutions. Hotel quality toiletries are included with the rental amenities.

The second guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed topped with silky soft linens and access to the master bedroom deck. Also featuring its own ensuite bath with walk in shower and double vanity, this room offers all the comforts of home and a quiet peace that ensures dreams will be happy in this space.

Twin bunkbeds with a trundle that pulls out from the bottom bunk can be found in the next bedroom, one that will treat the kiddos that occupy the space with care and comfort. Whispers and giggles will emit from this room as the smallest travelers adjust to the excitement of their new surroundings.

A queen bed topped with crisp white bedding and a colorful and warm throw blanket provides a quiet place to sleep and dream. Offering a separate entrance to the deck and its own ensuite bath, this could be considered the second master suite. The ensuite bath contains another walk-in shower and double vanity and is a spacious amenity that will receive much use.

The final bedroom is home to a special surprise, and although the queen bed that is perched under a whimsical wood art piece is extremely comfortable and the ensuite bath with walk in shower is extremely wonderful, it is the private access to a third deck area this one containing a merrily bubbling hot tub that will soothe aching muscles and provide a romantic spark to your Winter Park getaway! A smart tv hanging on the wall opposite guarantees this will be your favorite room in the home.

A laundry room with built-in shelves and a deep sink leads to another surprise, a storage area for skis and a long bench on which guests can sit and comfortably remove wet and muddy boots. Outside a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs provides a spot to relax, roast marshmallows, and tell your favorite ghost stories! A charging center for electric cars and a selection of plastic sheds stored in the garage offers more proof that when it comes to your fun, comfort, and enjoyment, Winter Park Escapes has thought of it all!

"Wonderful group trip for Thanksgiving. We've made it an annual tradition and this was a nice town home for the occasion. The kitchen was very stocked. All of the dishes, pots, pans and gadgets you could need (although only 1 kitchen towel). Great location and very spacious. Be aware, it is a 3 story home. All of the bedrooms are downstairs on the 2 and 3rd floors down. Its a hike from the very bottom floor to the main level, so if you have very young or elderly folks in your group, might not be the ideal location. No issue for us though...would definitely stay here again."

"We loved this location. It was in a neighborhood right across the intersection from the ski resort so easy car drop off for skiers and also on a route for the local bus shuttle to the slopes. And, everything else we did was easily accessible from this location as well. The property was very nice and had plenty of room to accommodate my parents, my brother’s family of 6, and my family of 4. It was the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. This town was easy to get around and not crowded. It’s our new favorite ski town."

"We loved our time in this beautiful home! The decoration, the views, and the space were all exquisite! The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of extra pillows and towels and blankets. There is a shuttle stop very close that can bring you to the resort which was nice. I came with a group of friends for a ski trip. The house is in a brand new neighborhood so there is construction around. Winter Park Escapes were a joy to work with! Very helpful and friendly and quick to respond! I definitely didn’t want to leave this beautiful home!"

"We had the most amazing experience at Lakota Reserve 403! This place had everything we would need. First, we were overwhelmed by the "jaw-dropping" view of the resort and surrounding mountains when we walked into the great room. The owners thought of everything. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Our large group spread out comfortably among all 5 bedrooms. The decor/vibe was a 10/10. Getting to and from the resort was easy due to the free shuttle stop at the end of the street. Soaking in the hot tub after skiing was a highlight for all. The Winter Park Escapes staff were a joy to work with! Can't wait to book this place again! Thank you!"
