The condos in this building are located on the second floor of the building and bedrooms within the condo are upstairs with a total of 2 flights of stairs including the stairs to reach the residences on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms upstairs within the condo. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Fireside Market is also next door for all of your grocery shopping. "We love the location of the Hideaway Station loft. It was conveniently located within walking distance of The Perk coffee shop, Hernando's Pizza Pub, and the Fireside Market. We were able to chose to drive or take the bus to the ski slope, and the drive to the tubing hills in Fraser were only 5 minutes away by car. It was great to be able to bring my 12 year old Aussie with us. She is still in great shape and was able to handle the stairs and we loved having her with us. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in Winter Park!"

"Location is great for RMNP! I traveled with my wife a 2 sm. dogs to get away from the heat and humidity of the Midwest, we weren't disappointed. Our daughter visited us from Oceanside, CA. for a few days and was so impressed with the weather and scenery, and she lives on the beach! As a teenager I visited Winter Park many times, I enjoyed sharing those memories with my wife. We will visit again someday."

"My family and I had the opportunity to stay at the Hideaway station Loft for a little shy of a week this past February. The location is perfect, is located above many popular local businesses such as Grand Adventures (snowmobile rental) and the Perk coffee shop. There's also a great little Pub across the street, a market that is walking distance, and a few restaurants (seafood & steak house) next door. The local shuttle service is right at the corner that provides access to Winter Park Resort as well as downtown Fraser. The inside of the condo was very modern. We were provided all the necessary appliances and luxuries to make our stay as comfortable as possible (ie; fireplace, washer & dryer, plenty of towels, dishwasher, full size fridge with ice maker, balcony, and plenty of storage space). I love the fact that check-in process was painless and required no direct interaction it was all electronic. They thought about everything... oh, there was even two Amazon echos located throughout the home for automation. Next time I'm in Winter Park I definitely will be staying here again!"

"Great condo with trendy style. The kitchen was great for meals - the kitchen was well stocked enough to make coffee, tea, eggs, cookies, pancakes, etc. Beds were very comfortable - we all had great sleep throughout the week. We were provided with more than enough towels, pillows and sheets. Location is very convenient - within walking distance of many good restaurants and a grocery store (Fireside Eatery is the grocery store - very expensive, but convenient. Safeway is just a 5 min drive down 40). Two great walking trails are within a 2 block walk. Very dog friendly area. Great view of the mountains from the patio. Very convenient to have washer/dryer and detergent on the second floor! The Xplorie Escapes were a fun option - we went horseback riding (only about 20 min away) and it is absolutely worth doing!"

"GREAT place to stay. Comfy beds and pillows, nice decor, clean and everything in the kitchen we could need to cook our meals with, from crock pot to nice blender. They even supply the dishwashing detergent an laundry soap for the washer and dryer! Great location with grocery right next door and a great coffee shop right downstairs. Nice restaurants within walking distance and shuttle stops next door and across the street. Our condo even had some baby toys which was great because we had a baby with us! We had a little trouble getting in the door at first but that was resolved quickly with a phone call, other than that our stay was flawless."
