This vacation home has one of the best locations and views of the mountains available, smack in the heart of the newly constructed ROAM project. With a roof top deck seating area to relax and enjoy the views, and a private hot tub, to melt the worries away. The property is in walking distance to concerts, restaurants, and shops (1 block away). This luxury Roof Top Villa is only a short 5 minute drive away from Winter Park Resort with a FREE shuttle right across the street. The new resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just down the street a few blocks, is the Grand Park Rec Center (pictured & OFFSITE) with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. This MODERN Townhome is a new construction with a roof top deck that offers endless views! It includes a spacious common area and a flex space that can be used as a fourth bedroom/second living/office, and an attached one car garage with EV charger (adapter is for Tesla) and other parking spots behind the building as well as on the street.

Enter this unit from the garage or the front door, which is located on the opposite side of the garage. Coming from the garage you will walk into the first level flex space. It is a spacious room with a desk, twin bed with trundle, a full bathroom, seating area and a 65" HD TV—the ideal space for a games or a movie night.

Take the stairs up to the second floor, where you will find an open floorplan with the living room (sleeper sofa), 65" HD TV, dining room with a table seating for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertop.

One more level up brings you to all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full-sized bunk with a twin on top and a twin trundle. On this floor you will also find a Washer & Dryer inside the unit.

From this level, take just one more flight of stairs to the MAGNIFICENT roof top deck. This large space has a BBQ grill island with insulated ice bin, a private hot tub, dining table, a firepit with plenty of seating, and spectacular mountain views in every direction! "We rented two units and both are very nice and clean. The units have great location, 5 minutes drive to winter park ski resort. 6 minutes drive to safeway. Has a mcdondald right across the street and the roads from the units to the road is well kept and easy to drive on. The unit is very cozy, clean and well designed. Kitchen essentials are provided in abundance. Hot tub on rooftop has great view and very clean. Check in and check out are very easy and quick. Response time from the company is very quick as well."
