This vacation home has one of the best locations available, which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park and a short walk to fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail systems for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the on call resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The pictured swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center (OFFSITE) with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. "Our family of 10 loved our time in 307 Red Quill! We were there for 7 nights and appreciated having all the space to be together, or apart as desired. All the beds, even the pull-out couch were comfortable. The baby slept well in the pack-and-play. Having private bathrooms for all family units was nice. The kitchen was fully equipped, we even made waffles! There was enough space for all of us to eat together, and a booster chair for the toddler. We were able to host a couple of dinners with visiting friends who were impressed by the food, of course, but also our place! The hot tub was all we wanted it to be at the end of each day. Red Quill is on the Black Lift line for transportation to WP base, and it was easy to walk to Hideaway Park for sledding with the little ones, or cross the parking lot to get to the nearest brewery or restaurant. Our only regret was the lack of recycling opportunity but that may be outside of resort control. We did call on Justin to get all of our TVs up and running, when we first arrived. Justin, Joannaly and the rest of Winter Park Escapes were highly responsive to all our needs and inquiries. We hope to come back and thanks for a fun time!"

"The reservation process was simple and easy. Red Quill 307 was a nice unit. The unit was clean and well appointed. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped. All the features worked perfectly throughout. The hot top is down a spiral staircase, not so convenient. Garage parking was a great asset with all the snow. "
