B102 If you're looking for a condo sure to please the whole family, you won't want to miss this picture-perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family-friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright, and the price is just right!

We call this unit an "ocean view flat." It's conveniently located directly in front of the swimming pool, with a direct view of the ocean and the entire complex. This unit is all on one level. The kitchen is bright and clean and stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals for the family. The living room is cozy and has amazing ocean views with sliding glass doors that flow directly out to the patio, where you can enjoy watching the family splash in the pool. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king-size bed. The spare bedroom is directly across the hall and has two twin-size beds. There is also a queen-size pull-out sofa bed for extra guests. We have two full baths that allow for privacy for those staying in the master bedroom and a spare bathroom in the hall for guests. The washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, and cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! We manage many units in this complex, so we can accommodate a large group for your next family vacation. "Service was great. Site manager and workers were excellent. However, the place needs some major attention. Seems like a forgotten place where all the mishaps end up. From pretty much all Tupperware not Having a match, to random spatulas/pots/pans etc and nothing goes together. It's not that expensive to replace some of that. The furniture needs updated MAJORLY. It's 2021. Who doesn't have a Keurig coffee pot. That should be standard in all units. We took one from home and left it there for future renters. But the most outdated was the bedroom TVs and the couches/furniture. In an era filled with allergens - it should be standard to have leather couches. Cloth couches harbor so much moisture and bacteria and can never be wiped clean for a humid beach area, that should be a given. Other units were way nicer than ours (we had a total of 11 condos in our extended family renting that week (Lawson's/Gores/Lewis/Capul/Gratchen/Rossi and more) and how each varied was not good and was not fair. Needs updates all over. However check in and cleaning services were great. Rhiannon Miller"

"Not as good as in the past. Need to leave more towels for your guests. Also the porch did not appear to have been cleaned, sand all over the porch and in the living room. Also the master bathroom toilet has a leak and runs. Some beach towels in the unit would be nice."

"The unit was well situated with a view of the pool and ocean. We selected this unit for it accessibility and it did not disappoint. We loved the courtyard and the pool is very well maintained. Our patio did sit next to the pool works which were kind of noisy but we didn't mind so much. It was great to be so close to Flagler and the beach."

"Great vacation spot, Mostly older guest (50 - 70) but some young guest (30 - 50) in there too. Best beaches in the world. Condo complex and Units are kept up pretty good. Perfect location to main street, restaurants, quick stop store and bars, all in walking distance. My unit B102 is a little out dated but in great shape. Could use a remodel but still a great unit."

"2020 marks the eighth year I have stayed in B102 and I intend to continue to stay in B102 for the next several years to create a legacy for my grandchildren who are three and 18 months. As usual the unit was clean with sufficient towels available. The batteries were dead in the door lock and they were quickly replaced. The rental agreement gives management the right to rent B102 to someone else during the time I have reserved. Should that ever happen, I will likely stop coming. May I suggest you put a discrepancy sheet in the unit so that I can list any problems that are annoying but not enough to call you."

"We enjoyed staying in B102. I would suggest new paint and updating some of the furniture. The mattress on the pull out sofa sinks to the middle. We couldn't find a mixer and the bathroom sink in the master bedroom was semi clogged. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay once we finally got settled moving from A103 which shouldn't have been rented to begin with! I throughly expect a full credit. We have been coming to WinSan over for 30 years and we know what to expect and what not to expect. Our family rented 4 units this year. We would like to continue vacationing at WinSan but things have to get better. Thank you!"

"Just a few things that I feel are necessary for future renters. Kitchen rugs were dirty and floor not cleaned well. Kitchen dishes glasses all over place. Would be nice if had sets and certain places for all kitchen. I feel for what renters pay for cleaning/ rent, it should be maticulous. We love WinSan and have been coming for years. As I know price continues to increase for renters, I also feel owners should update each condo and make them all attractive for renters. It's a great location and will continue to come but will hope to have better condo next time. Thank you"
