Our 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom is all about its exceptional location providing access to your favorite activities. It is located a mere 5 minute drive from Vail Village and steps away from the free bus stop which runs every 15 minutes during ski season.

Our condo features all of the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, outdoor deck with a grill, and flat screen TV's. The park outside your door has recently been remodeled and includes an excellent outdoor grill area and fabulous tennis courts available for your use. We are also located near the Booth Creek trails for all of your hiking needs.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

"The place was ok. Not close to anything. They tacked on 400 bucks for misc fees which was not evident when I booked. 250 bucks to clean? I never used the kitchen and really just slept there."

"Mountain cabin feel close to town with all the amenities. We mentioned to Brian that we liked coffee - there was a French press, k-cup, and drip machine. Great park for kids next door, awesome hiking in walking distance, easy busy ride to town, parking right in front of the property. 70 can get a little loud in Vail, but this place was really sound proofed. The top bedroom got hot, there was a ceiling fan in front of a skylight but it created an undesirable strobe effect during day hours so we used the box fan for a while them moved downstairs where it was cooler. Great windows, very clean, and comfortable furniture. Would stay there again!"

"The condo is perfectly situated near the Booth Creek Falls Trailhead. It’s close enough to Vail Village for a leisurely bike ride to town and the Gore Creek Trail bike path. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. Neighbors were friendly. Brian of Premier Rental Agency is very accessible and answered all our questions. I highly recommend a stay with them!"

The pictures do not do justice to how well maintained this property is. It is within close driving distances of Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain and even Breck.

My friends and I had a great time staying here and will definitively book again when we are back in Vail."
