The condo is located in Vail, a short distance to the lifts and the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities. With vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom, the condo is professionally decorated with lots of personal touches. It has a fireplace, private balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, walk-in closets, cable TV, wireless internet, and washer/dryer. (if necessary we have 1 air bed available). Quiet. Reserved parking spot.

Free shuttle stops right in front and takes you to the transportation center in eight minutes!

*Note* - There is only 1 assigned parking space. Other vehicles can be parked on streets, but will be towed during plow season if left on plow days. Other pubic parking is .2 miles down the road. It is not necessary to have a vehicle. Bus transportation is great in the valley.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

"The location of the unit was great for accessing Vail. I figured out that it's about a 20min walk to Lion's Head, so it'd only be about a 10min bike ride. The spiral staircase was rather tight. Otherwise, the unit was great."
