Floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows provide ocean views from the newly purchased sectional. Open the sliding door and listen to the waves all day and night. Condo sleeps 7 and is steps from a safe and often uncrowded beach. Take morning or evening walks to Fletcher Cover or down to Dog Beach with ease. Catch a wave and surf Cherry Hill or Rockypoint surf breaks.

Ride the train in from LA or San Diego or drive in and park your car and walk to many restaurants, Solana Beach downtown or the famous Cedros Avenue for shopping, concerts and a farmers market. This condo is conveniently a 2-3 minute drive to the famous Del Mar Racetrack and Del Mar Fairgrounds making it a perfect choice for horse jockeys, horse owners, and interested Del Mar Racetrack patrons. If you are a family coming to San Diego for the first time, the location is couldn't be better. Go north 20 minutes and you will find Legoland. South 20 minutes and you are at Sea World and Mission Beach. Just blocks away from the Coaster train station which can take you south to the Padres game, USS Midway Museum and Aircraft Carrier , Old Town San Diego, or head north to Oceanside. This unit is ideally located in a premier location of the complex between the pool and steps to the garage and beach access path. The main floor location boasts of a full front patio for all your beach toys, as well as, NO additional steps to a top unit floor with your luggage or after a long day at the beach as well as a covered back porch unlike top floor units.

Watch the sunset each day from the sectional, recliner, or dining table. Sit on the balcony to take in a complete view of the coastline in both directions. A fully stocked kitchen makes it a cinch to make home cooked meals. The main bedroom includes a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed and additional twin trundle. It also has a small private patio to enjoy the fresh breezes and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable king bed, ample closet space and streaming enabled tv (no cable). Second bathroom has tub/shower combo, plus a third powder room. A dedicated workspace includes desk and chair. Fireplace is NON operable. Pack-n-play, kids cups and bowls, Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and games make this condo fun for everyone.

Located in Seascape Sur development which is renowned for its exquisite landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking for 2 cars, plus two swimming pools (1 is heated year-round), two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and a spacious outdoor gathering patio areas.

No smoking anywhere on property. This unit is not air conditioned.
Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

"The condo was furnished very comfortably except that the closet in the smaller bedroom was full of stuff being stored on the floor which made hanging clothes difficult until I moved some of the stuff away. The second bedroom is also small, tight around the bed. Lighting from fan could be better brighter. Wifi connection was spotty, mostly in bedrooms and bathrooms. When I called Stubbs about the wifi and a toilet that wasn't working they responded quickly. Both improved for a while but later continued to be problematic. Sliding door screens in two places were stuck. Two outlets didn't work. Kitchen didn't have a peeler or kettle. Electric kettle was provided by Stubbs. I didn't mention the peeler to them or the stuck screen doors. We enjoyed playing games that we found in the pantry. As for the outer property, could use some updating and repair especially in the pool areas. Chairs had missing slats. Security is tight but annoying to have to have a key for everything including the bathroom at the pool. We only got one key for property which isn't enough for four adults. Door knobs to garage and other places are sprayed with smelly lubricant which gets on your hands. Overall, condo was excellent."

"We have stayed at Seacrape Sur the last two years and very much enjoy the overal property, particularly the grounds for evening walks. The accomodation this year was overal very nice, with the view being outstanding; we especially enjoyed the outside seating area for reading and watching sun sets
The only disappointment was that considering the cool June weather we should have been informed that the fireplace was not functional.

"This us our second year in Solana Beach, and working with Stubbs Vacation. We had a different unit this year and loved it even more. It was perfect for our needs (adult children joining us for 4 days), and a great layout. We will absolutely visit again next year, and plan to use Stubbs as long as we are coming to Solana Beach. "We stayed here while in San Diego for our son’s wedding. The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean and had the most amazing view of the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping and a short car ride to other coastal towns. Would highly recommend this rental! Worth every bit of the money! And the property is fully gated walking, driving and parking!"

"We loved staying at this property again this year. The views from the condo will bring smiles for a long time. There is room to spread out and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Solana Beach is the best beach town around with great shops and restaurants, easier to get around while driving and walking and close to the train station if you want to take a train adventure. The stairs down to and up from the beach area will keep you in shape and are close to the property. Stubbs Realty management has been great to work with, good communication, responsive, clear check in and check out instructions."

"Stubbs Realty was one of our best experiences in renting a vacation condo. They are easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was beautiful, the view was magnificent and I would certainly rent again with Stubbs. The only negative was that the couch was stained and ripped. Feathers were coming out of the pillows. Couch and rugs in living room and dining room need to be replaced. Other than that, everything was perfect."

"We spent a week in Unit 115. The unit is way below the standard one would expect. Carpets dirty, blinds broken, plumbing coming apart, furniture ripped from pets perhaps etc. Our Stubbs representative confirmed that the owners were aware of the problems previously. A terrific property location we would use again. Not this unit. We toured other rentals in substantially better shape!"

"LOCATION:
There are some shopping\food places within a few blocks walk, but it takes a short drive to reach a larger assortment of choices. There are LOTS of good places to eat within a 15-minute drive.
COMPLEX:
The complex is very quiet and non-smoking (but there was that one guy...)
The pools were still mostly restricted due to Covid, so the lounge chairs were lacking. The pool\spa were clean and well heated.
The parking spaces were pretty close to the unit (which isn’t the case with all units), but it is still a little distance to hump all your stuff (with some stairs)
UNIT:
The unit is well loved (read: Some minor holes in the couch, stains on the carpet, etc), but everything was very comfortable.
The sound of the ocean drowns out most of the little noise within the unit, but if the people above, below or next door to you open closets, slam doors, walk in heels, etc., you will hear it.
There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed (slow tub drain, broken ice maker, outlets not working). Also, they need to clean the glass on the balcony railing, what is the point of having that great view if you have to look through dirty glass!
Nitpicky stuff: There should be another nightstand in the front bedroom, needs a light in the living room, an electronic lock on the front door would be convenient (and more secure).
The unit was WELL stocked. There was all kinds of stuff in the place (kitchen accys, games, towels, tools, cleaning supplies, pillows, blankets, books, beach chairs & umbrella, etc). Nothing was lacking.
The little patio off the master bedroom was useless since it didn’t have any furniture.
BEACH ACCESS:
While you have a GREAT view of the ocean from the unit, getting to the beach takes a seven-flight stair climb (and not those little 5-10 step flights). If you are loading up with kids, coolers, chairs, etc, its gonna be a long hike. If long stair climbs are not your thin"
