"The good: 1. The size of the cabin was perfect for our family of three and our little dog. 2. We liked the convenience to all the major places in Pigeon Forge. 3. We enjoyed the hot tub. 4. My husband especially enjoyed the arcade game. 5. The wrap around porch was nice to sit in the evenings. Now the not so good (which we never complained to management about the following things, as we just made the best of it since it was a vacation to relax and not to deal with issues): 1. location is not as isolated as pics show. It’s 3rd house in a neighborhood and traffic likes to fly through the neighborhood. Had to carefully watch for traffic when pulling out of drive. 2. Furniture needs be cleaned (stains and smelled of dog urine). 3. Gas grill looks as if it were never cleaned. We couldn’t use it as we could only get one burner to light as the igniter didn’t work. (We were going to clean it ourselves but brush was very worn and wouldn’t fully light (and yes there was gas). 4. Towels supplied had holes in them. 5. 2 rolls of the cheap toilet paper is not enough for 5 days for a family - bring extra! 6. 2 cup coffee pot is too small for coffee drinkers like us."

"The cabin was a great fit for our family: My wife and I and our 2 boys ages 10,13. We had a blast playing ping pong then hopping into the hot tub after long days exploring the area. Communication was great. Expectations were met.... and my younger son left some cards (birthday gift) that Kara was able to get and send back to us. Very appreciative of that extra effort. We'd stay again for sure."

"When we arrived right away we noticed how dusty it was. The porch was so bad, birds nest, leaves, and trash, as well as in the inside. The hot tub had so much slime in it, we didn’t even get back in it. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom, shower area. Water had leaked all over my clothes and suitcases I had to rewash all of my clothes the first day. The first morning we woke up, my mom went to plug the coffee maker in and it sparked so bad. All of the outlets on the left side of the cabin blew. We didn’t have Wi-Fi the entire first day (it may not seem like a big deal but with children and teens, no Wi-Fi sucks.) Our door knob fell off of the bedroom door upon entry, we scooted the couches up to make more room.. the nastiness under the couch was insane. We honestly cleaned this place better than how we found it. This place has great potential, but was such a waste of money for our vacation. The maintenance man eventually came after a few phone calls. He informed us that it was hell week and there was nothing he could do about the outlets. He did bring us a propane tank thankfully since we purchased steaks we waited all day to cook. Overall, this place could be really awesome. Someone really needs to come in a deep clean along with repairs. It looked like the perfect place for our teens and kids to have a great vacation, but honestly we couldn’t get home fast enough. This just sucked."

"The cabin was nice, but a few things need addressing. The recliner was broken when we got there, so you really just had a crooked chair to sit in. The two rocking chairs on the porch were unusable because they were rickety, broken, and the slats were missing. Also, the water in the hot tub smelled terrible! There is a downspout at the top of the house that is missing a piece and we were there during a rainy week and the drip from that was so loud you could hear it downstairs. This doesn’t make it easy to sleep. The knob to the upstairs bathroom was coming off the door, so it would have been easy to get locked in the bathroom. The arcade needs to be moved out of the lower bedroom, because it would be more usable if not in someone’s bedroom. The bed upstairs was also off the frame, which we realized when checking under beds before leaving. It really is a nice little cabin and being able to take back roads to the various places you want to go on the parkway was great. We enjoyed our stay, but these few fixes would make it a lot better."

Maybe a gate for the deck (kids & pets) . Recliner needs replacing. Our itinerary included Dollywood, Clingmans dome, Cades Cove, Anakeesta, local winery, The Old Mill, Patriot Park, Margaritaville, Ole Smokey moonshine distillery, Alpine Coaster, Sevierville Dog Park & Mel's Diner. Need to come back. Missed the waterfalls in Cades Cove. Certinally have your cabins in mind for that. Thank you for a very memorable family vacation."

"This property was in a very good location off of the roads that led to it and was much appreciated after the snow and ice accumulated. It was great being with all of our kids and grandbaby. The property did have the basic necessities as described except we only had one measuring cup. Our small starter or sample of dish soap was less than half full as well. I am not sure of how the bed downstairs felt but the bed in the upstairs room really needs to be replaced. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couches which were very comfortable. Other than those few things listed, our best times were while we were in the cabin with family, playing games and winding down from the busy days."

"Ran down from Indiana for a quick get away before Thanksgiving and booked this cabin last minute. We were very impressed with the cabin and oh so beautiful. Only issue we had was we thought it was a regular fireplace so we brought wood and then turned out to be gas logs. Pilot light was out so we called the manager and someone came and lit the pilot while we were in town eating. Suggest turning in Sevierville on the road between olive garden and red lobster and keep following that road and it comes out right by the cabin."

Dish washer was just vacuumed out and then told to try...it did not work the pump was obviously not pumping water. Never was fixed while we were there...also had a small wagon for our child on the porch. It was stolen.. looked everywhere for it. Never could find it. Other complaints was the flooring was separating in alot of spots. The toilets were not bolted down straight. These are small issues but for the price of the cabin with all the fees. I expected a lot better."

"This cabin was in a great location and the perfect size for our family of 4. There were plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen had the basics which was enough for what we needed. In regards to the cleanliness, I was trying to be optimistic based on the other reviews but sadly, they were accurate. When we first arrived you could tell it had just been cleaned but it quickly was apparent it has only ever been surface cleaned. Our feet were dirty when we were barefoot and the main floor bathroom shower, the caulking around the bottom was mold covered all the way around. I tried using bleach but it didnt touch it! The patio albeit outside appears it has not been cleaned off since spring. It was really dirty out there but something a simple blower and hose down could fix, why its not been done who knows. The foosball table was junk. It was missing the rubber covers on most of the handles and the poles were sharp on the end. The ping pong table was a lot of fun but the owners really need to invest in adding some lighting out there. It was dark during the day and forget it at night! There are two small basic lights far from each other and they dont even make a dent. It would have made it easier for us to enjoy the ping pong more had we been able to utilize it in the evenings. The arcade game was a hit too, appeared to work fine the whole time. We would definitely stay again if they can improve the cleaning and spend some money to make some basic upgrades to the porch. It was also a little perturbing that when we got there the air was off, the hot tub was off and the arcade game was unplugged. They know when guests are coming so it was annoying to have to take care of these things when we got there and wait for the hot tub to get warm just for them to save a few bucks."

"We had a great time however there were a few issues I feel that need to be addressed. We chose this cabin bc of the location and the convenience of having a futon and “new” sleeper sofa to accommodate our party size. However, neither one nor the two beds are comfortable at all. Making it extremely difficult to relax and get a good nights sleep. Both bedrooms & futon have horrible mattresses and the sofa is even worse. While the cabin technically sleeps 8 the futon is really only big enough for 1 person unless you were to use it for two small children. The main level bedroom tv needs a new remote as the one provided wasn’t functional but the living room remote will work in the bedroom. We could’ve contacted maintenance for a replacement but since we weren’t spending a lot of our time at the cabin so we opted to let management know after leaving so it could be replaced prior to the next guest’s arrival. Basic appliances are provided in the kitchen such as coffee pot, toaster and can opener. The refrigerator was clean upon check in however the ice maker doesn’t work. Ice trays are available so just be prepared to make your own. We also informed management of this so they can repair it- The teens in our group enjoyed the ping pong table, arcade game and the hot tub was a decent size. While check in was a breeze, check out was a little confusing due to contrasting instructions provided. Management is aware of this and they will be updating the information to avoid any future confusion. The cabin is accessible and is in a great location with a convenience store right around the corner should you need anything."
