"The cabin was very nice. Small but nice. The View was wonderful! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook 2 nights. The drive wasn’t terrible. Just one or 2 queezy moments. Upon arrival the Murphy bed sheets was dirty with im hoping food The hot tub was on 80 and we waited 6 hours and it still didn’t reach but to 95 so we missed out on a whole entire night in the hot tub . Which is the main reason I booked the cabin. We spent the next 2 days in it as much as possible tho. The only other sad part is we lost water our last day around 2pm. Someone did come out quickly. Said it was the well and someone will be out soon. No one ever came. So we wasn’t able to cook or bathe and finally left early the next morning with still no water. I wouldn’t stay again but we enjoyed our trip for the most part."

"We really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It was a quiet area. We found it was easiest to back up the driveway where it makes the hard turn on the gravel. One day we got back to the cabin around 3: 30 pm and there were a couple bears! It was really neat! The pump in the hot tub was a little weak but it's not a deal breaker by any means (we may have thought this because we have a brand-new hot tub). The showerhead in downstairs bathroom does need updated. We ate at the cabin every day and there were plenty of good pots/pans and dishes, etc. We went to Cades Cove three times, Walker Sisters Place, Foothills Parkway (Look Rock has beautiful views), and made a trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mostly just drove around a lot which is what we had planned. We saw a total of 12 bears during our trip including the ones at the cabin. We spent every sunset on the deck of the cabin relaxing. Beautiful views!"

"Beautiful view! We saw bears 2 different days at the cabin. When going up the driveway at the sharp curve its better to maneuver and back up the driveway. The pump on the hot tub seems a little weak but the hot water served its purpose and felt good after a long day. The stairs going down to the bedroom are curvy and was easier to leave our suitcase upstairs. Just make sure you are able to use the stairs. It was fine for us but may be a problem for others. I'm not complaining just wanted others to be aware. There are plenty of pots and pans, etc. We really did enjoy our week here and it was in a great location! We try to stay away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge due to the congestion of traffic and this cabin is in a great semi-secluded location which is what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The cabin was cute! The view was wonderful! It was stocked well with plates, pans, silverware etc. It was clean ! I didn't care for the spiral staircase, although, it's charming it's not easy to maneuver. The parking was very small as well. I didn't care for the cameras right on the entrance of the front door, I felt like someone was watching me every time we came or left. We've always used Bear Tootin and we will continue to do so. It just wasn't one of our favorite cabins we've rented."

"Absolutely loved staying here. The views are incredible from the deck! Property was as advertised and clean. The location was peaceful and quiet and only minutes from pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. The only thing people should be aware of is that carrying luggage down the spiral staircase can be a challenge but not bad. The only other thing is that it is a shared driveway with not much parking. If you have a larger vehicle, you will have to park pretty close to the house so vehicles can pass to the next cabin. Also the road up to the cabin is steep and gravel, and will require some maneuvering. Over all I would definitely stay here again. Loved it. Especially the hot tub."

"Nice place with Mountain View's, above some power lines to cabins. Not wood burning fireplace, or gas, just electric. The turnaround for vehicles is tight but doable. Good location to go to Cade's Cove, Gatlinburg, and probably Pigeon Forge, although we did not go there. The stairs to lower level tight, we left our luggage upstairs. Overall the cabin, location, amenities are great. It was just my husband and I, we would stay there again."

"We had a great weekend in the mountains staying at this cabin. It’s remote but not too far of a drive from town. Feels private even though you can see a few other cabins (they aren’t right on top of each other) Only two things I’d say in critique: -The toilet paper and paper towels are useless. Worse than gas station toilet paper and paper towels (didn’t know that was possible haha). For what we pay to stay here, it would be nice if they just spent an extra dollar on a minor nicer comfort. We went to town and bought our own but it would have been nice to not have to do that -The cabin could have been cleaned a little better. Found hair in the sinks/showers/chunks on the couches. Windows and base boards were dirty. BUT overall an amazing stay. We’ve stayed in the mountains three times and this is the first cabin I would come back to. Absolutely amazing view. Comfortable bed. Nice shower."

"This cabin had great views from the balcony and was very clean! The kitchen from what we could tell was very stocked with all you would need to cook even though we didn't during our stay. The hot tub was a nice added perk and the pool table was too. We ate at Elvira's, The Hillbilly's Restaurant, The Old Mill, and one of the local food trucks that was in town but I don't remember the name of it (sorry). Saw some turkeys in the driveway one night when we got back from sight seeing, and seen some cub bears when we drove through to North Carolina (beautiful drive!)
