Welcome to Villas at Seagrove A202, Sandcastles at Seagrove. This 4-bedroom condo has plenty of room for a large family or for a multi-family getaway. You're just 5 minutes away from having your toes in the sand and it'll be even less time to head down to the complex's seasonally heated pool.

Inside is modern and updated with true open concept living. Cook up a vacation feast while still being a part of the conversations happening at the dining table or living area. The comfy furniture sits in front of a large TV for a great movie night. All 4 bedrooms include TVs as well. Enjoy relaxing on your private balcony while you enjoy your favorite vacation beverage.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed with private bathroom. Dual sinks, tub/shower combo and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds and separate access to the shared hallway bath.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed

Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen sleeper

Follow the sidewalk towards Grand Isle, then cross 30A and use pedestrian gate on Majestica Circle, the follow to beach access.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right outside the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Have a blast exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

"We absolutely loved this condo for our family beach trip. The access to the beach is super close - a lot closer than maps made it appear. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with two different coffee makers and all of the baking supplies you could possibly need. The common family area is very spacious. My grand babies had plenty of room to play on our rain out days. The only negative was the beach access situation. Each condo is given two coin sized fobs that grant access to the beach entry gate. That fob is necessary for both ENTRY and EXIT from the beach - with a condo that sleeps 12, that’s just not a good situation. We only had 8 people (2 toddlers), and it was a struggle. All of the renters were having the same issue - several times when we were leaving the beach, we met up with other renters trying to exit the beach and waiting for someone with a fob to let them out because the others in their group had left the beach earlier and taken their fob. These fobs are tiny, too, so I spent the whole week pestering my kids about who had the fob and making sure they returned it to the key holder by the front door. It was stressful."

"Sandcastles was the perfect set up for our multi family fall break. Plenty of bed space and room to spread out. The porch is perfect for morning coffee. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Amazing value for a lovely updated condo!"

"We enjoyed the condo and had plenty of room. It was a huge inconvenience, though, to only have two key fobs to access the beach (requiring fob use both to enter and exit). We had five adults and four teenagers in our party who went to and from the beach at various times. We offered to pay a deposit for additional fobs and were declined. Due to this, we will not be returning to that set of condominiums. Very unfortunate as we really enjoyed the space."

"This unit is absolutely beautiful, very clean, everything has been recently updated, and professionally decorated. Bring bottled water, there’s no water filter on the refrigerator and zero condiments in pantry, not even S&P. Convenient location directly on 30A so some traffic noise. The beach is a short walk away, across 30A. The private pool was nicely heated and kept very clean. Lots of steps on the boardwalk down to the private beach so we couldn’t bring a rolling cooler or wagon. There were several broken items in the condo when we arrived, towel bar completely off the wall in hall bath, freezer door handle completely off, and a broken glass panel on the living room console that I thought they’d have fixed before we arrived. Several emails later and a
phone call and they had a repair man out the next day. The only other issues was they we’re doing remodeling on one of the units next door to us and workers started drilling and hammering at 7: 15 am. When I contacted management I was told there was nothing they could do about it, even though there were signs all over the place for the guests that “quiet hours” were 10 pm to 8 am; guess those rules didn’t apply to the workers. Overall, we loved our stay and would like to go back!"
