This fabulous 3-bedroom 3-bath townhouse is located on the sunny Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Conveniently located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort with easy access to the King's and Queens Shops. One of the best beaches in the area at Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) is just a short distance away for great swimming, sunsets, and the famous Lava Lava Beach Club.

Beach Villas is a gated community and features 2 swimming pools with spas, a workout facility, and immaculate landscaping. This ground floor end unit provides for maximum privacy and ease of access. It is well furnished with high speed Wifi, TVs with cable in each bedroom, and central A/C. Sleeps 6 with a Cal King in the Primary bedroom and Queen beds in each of the guest rooms (2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 on the ground floor). The covered lanai is a perfect place to relax and features a built in BBQ and expansive views of the 3rd fairway of the Beach golf course & the Kohala Mountains in the distance.

The Kohala Coast averages just 10 inches of rain per year, making it the perfect vacation destination! Whether your visit is just to get away and relax, or have access to the best snorkeling, beaches, and local activities, this property has it all to offer!

"Staying in Unit I4 of Waikoloa Beach Villas was excellent! We have stayed in several 2 bd units in the complex before, which were great, but having the larger lanai with the lounge area at I4 made this stay so much better. The eight person dining room table allowed us to have our in-laws (staying in another unit) with us for dinner each night. All the bathrooms, appliances, furnishings, and kitchen tools were in great condition. We had an issue with the ice maker being frozen up when we arrived and the management addressed it very quickly. We weren’t even going to mention it, but they reached out to us to see if everything was going well so we let them know. Being right by the Queens and Kings shops is great when traveling with teens/young adults in addition to the convenience of walking over to Island Market if you need something. We love visiting Waikoloa Beach Resort and this is our new favorite place to stay!"

"Most everything was as presented with the exception of the outdoor grill. One of the main reason we selected this unit over the others we liked was the outdoor cooking area. The grill was in very poor shape and mostly unusable. That was a big disappointment."

"The Waikoloa Beach Villas I4 is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We were a group of six, and the rooms and common spaces were large enough to accommodate all of us without feeling cramped or stepping on each other feet. It is clean and in excellent condition, and we felt right at home on opening the front door. Sitting on the lanai in the morning watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or walk over to one of the restaurants to watch the sunset is just a great way to start or end the day. The property has two pools, but A-Bay is just a short walk away, so we preferred the ocean swimS. We would not hesitate to rent this one again on a future trip."

"All was great with the exception of the management company not informing me before our stay that the pool directly across from the condo could be closed for renovations. That only left one working pool for all the villas and made for a crowded pool. I also reported to the management company regarding a broken toilet seat and they had it repaired within a few days. The condo was great and well stocked and perfect for a large family traveling together or three couples. The Waikoloa Villas are within walking distance to everything you would need on your vacation. The market, restaurants, beach and specialty stores all within walking distance. Also, a Starbucks for those that need their morning Starbucks across the street too. Highly recommend ‘The Waikoloa Villas’ for location and convenience. Aloha,

"First, let me tell you, I am a VETERAN Hawaii condo/townhouse renter. This is definitely not my first rodeo:) This condo was very nice - maintained well-stocked well for the most part. Very clean and up to date. Located in a very convenient area of Waikoloa just across from the Queen's Marketplace (super nice to be right by the grocery store). Now the directions that were sent out to find the condo were completely wrong - someone needs to check their Left vs their Right:) but no big deal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay EXCEPT for one thing - hence the 4 star rating. There was no beach equipment and only 3 beach towels (for a condo that slept 6-8). Now, the company did NOT guarantee beach equipment - they stated that plainly. BUT- it's Hawaii and I have NEVER stayed at a condo that did not provide at least some (some provide a lot!). There was nothing. It doesn't have to be a ton - just a few chairs and maybe a boogie board or two.... but I assumed there would be some. Let's be honest, MOST of the condo owners in the Waikoloa or Mauna Lani area do renting WELL.... they know what they are doing and they do a great job. When the margins are so small, no beach equipment can make all the difference on whether to rent the same unit (or from the same company) again. Overall, a GREAT stay though. Mahalo!"
