Full kitchenette with a 24 inch range, mini fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee machine, and utensils. 1 gig Wifi is included as well as Apple TV (and Youtube TV)!

Please note that the queen bed is in the loft area of the home. This requires the physical ability to climb a ladder that is similar to a bunk bed ladder with a few extra rungs. Please look at the pictures to get a clear understanding prior to booking!

This property is dog friendly (max 2)! If you will be bringing a companion or two, please note that there is an additional one time $45/pet fee. This Seattle "tiny house" has it all. Brand new construction, perfect location, and all modern amenities and luxuries. Situated at the foot of Phinney Ridge two blocks from Green Lake, this is Seattle at it's finest. Enjoy a famous Red Mill burger, burn that burger off by taking a stroll around famed Green Lake, and put those calories back on with a pint from Prost or 74th St. Ale House. So close to many of Seattle's finest bars and restaurants. This is a perfect urban "oasis!"

Phinney Ridge is one of Seattle's hottest and classic neighborhoods. There are tons of great bars and restaurants such as world famous Red Mill Burgers, Stumbling Goat Bistro, El Chupacabra, Cornuto Pizzeria, Thaiku, 74th St. Alehouse, and Prost! You are also close to some of Seattle's best coffee shops such as Herkimer and Cafe Vita. You are also only two blocks away to Green Lake and in the same neighborhood as the Woodland Park Zoo! This is simply one of Seattle's best locations!

Seattle is home to a bevy of transportation options. We have the usual Uber, Lyft, Wingz, and Flywheel taxi services that are always a minute or two away. We are also a few blocks away from the E line Rapid Ride that is less than ten minutes to downtown.

"The tiny house was exactly what we needed in Seattle, as it was 3 blocks from our daughter's apartment and so convenient to Phinney Ridge and Green Lake with its hiking trails. The house was comfortable, the internet worked great, and parking was easy. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant to walk around. We couldn't find air conditioning, but when we were there the house stayed comfortable with the windows open. You do have to climb a ladder to get into the loft."

"My son and I came to Seattle on the Empire Builder to check out some of the sights. Originally, I tried to book a hotel downtown but prices were outrageous. The Tiny house was very affordable and the location was great. The house itself is very nice. Kind of like a little cabin in the city. The neighborhood was very nice. We took a walk around Green Lake and visited the Fremont Troll. The house has it's own parking space which is a bonus because there are more cars than parking spaces in Seattle. Other reviews complain that there is no air conditioning, which is true, but the weather was great and there is a big ceiling fan so it was perfect for sleeping. Who needs a/c in Seattle! There was a little confusion about putting bedding in a washing machine before checking out. There was no washer/dryer on site. We called the management company, but never received a call back. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house and would love to come back someday."

"We loved this Tiny House when visiting Seattle from Buffalo NY. The neighborhood was quiet, and the driveway parking was perfect. The inside was tiny when the sofa bed was made, but being frequent campers it was fine for us. We used a portable fan in the loft, and it was the perfect temperature. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to downtown but not directly in downtown, which we liked. The only thing we would have enjoyed was an outdoor table or patio furniture. Other than that, we would stay here again."

"This place was fine for my stay. I know other reviews mention it, but I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch as the ladder was a bit too much, especially if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I didn’t realize the door automatically locked when you leave and I got locked out with no phone. Thankfully the lady in the main house knew the code. Otherwise, it was a great place."

"It would be hard to beat the location of this property. Plenty of street parking or parking in front of the house. A quick three blocks to the loop around Green Lake, one of Seattle’s favorite parks, and three blocks from all the fun restaurants and markets on Greenwood and Phinney Ridge. The layout of the house is very open and maximizes the space. I was able to cook meals and clean up without any issues. I haven’t climbed a ladder to get in and out of bed in a long time, but it was kind of fun to sit up above everything. I’d definitely recommend this for one or two people to stay."

Very clean, comfortable with all the key amenities. The website is very honest about the climb up to the loft. "I booked this tiny home for a 2 night stay with my 3 kids (14,12 & 8). We picked the hottest week of the year, so it was warm without A/C but the large ceiling fan and additional fans provided by the owners helped. My older girls slept in the loft but it would have been a challenge to get up to if I had to sleep up there. The ladder is narrow and straight up and down. It would have been nice to have a microwave and or freezer/ice maker. We did use the small oven and refrigerator during our stay with no issues. The owners were super friendly and accommodating asking several times if there was anything we needed. We would stay again!"

"My husband and I stayed with our college-aged daughter and our small dog. The tiny house was really well appointed and in a really convenient location. Lots of restaurants close by, including Bongas, a favorite of our daughter. Do consider the ladder to the loft. The “steps” are very narrow and far apart. No problem for our daughter but an adventure for her parents! We only interacted with the hosts once, to ask for dog bags (can't believe I didn't bring enough). He gave me a whole roll and told us to ask for anything else we needed. Really a great experience."
