largest lift access ski resort in the U.S. with 40 Lifts and over 330 trails! In addition to this prime ski location you
can easily walk to the year-round community hot tub and for summers, the outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts
and "Canyons Golf" an 18-hole par-70 course!

"Condo was well equipped and the proximity to Cabriolet lift was nice but the main living room area was small and tight for our family of 5. There is no dining area other than a U shaped breakfast bar that seats 6. In the great room, there was a sofa that fit 3 people and two chairs so lounging there was rather tight. Furnishings were nice but space lacked homey feel."

"I came here with my wife and group of friends. We had six adults and a baby. This was an excellent property! By far the best aspect was the exceedingly short walk to the lift. Other pros of this stay were the well equipped kitchen and the condo’s overall cleanliness and condition. Didn’t communicate much with the host, but when I did they were very prompt and attentive. The most notable cons were the layout (not ideal for six with the murphy bed but surprisingly not too terrible as the “dining room” essentially converts to a bedroom) and the condition of the community hot tub (it needed some freshening up to say the least!)."

"We had a great ski trip. The management company was very accommodating and answered every question that we had. The unit was clean and perfect for our use. The location next to the Cabriolet lift allowed for quick access in the morning. The walk to the hot tub was a little long, but a tip is to turn on the sauna so that when you are done in the tub, you can warm up and dry off before the walk back."

"This is a terrific place. Super comfortable and much larger than expected and great use of space. Terrific kitchen and living space. Easy 100 yard walk to the gondola. The garage is a little small--about 6 inches too short for a Chevy Cruze, which is not a big car, so if covered parking is important that could be a concern, but if not, this is a wonderful place and Sonja of PC Canyons is terrific as well."

Concerning your comment about the pillows. Every guest that checks in receives a paper with the instruction to contact us immediately if there are any issues in their vacation home. Unfortunately, we were never contacted by you about the issue you experienced with the pillows until we received your review after your stay. Unfortunately that eliminates our ability to respond and resolve the issue for you during your stay. Once we received your review I immediately went over, checked all of the pillows for the odor you mentioned. Even though I did not notice any odor on any pillows I did go ahead and replace every bed pillow in the condo anyway so as to not have a problem in the future incase I was missing something. Please understand that unless we are told of an issue when you discover it we cannot correct the issue. We do hope that you choose one of our properties on your next trip to park city. We strive to have every guest have a great experience in our properties."

"This unit was very clean and neat and well appointed. It is obvious the landlord takes pride in his property. The kitchen is well stocked. The lighting in the downstairs bedroom is inadequate. The garage is useless unless you have a compact car. The unit is in a great location for accessing the lift. We really enjoyed staying in this unit."
