Description

Snowblaze Unit #202 includes two nice bedrooms and two upgraded bathrooms. This unit is spacious with 975 SF and can comfortably sleep 7 guests. This unit has a single-level floor plan which makes it easily accessible.

Living Room: Mountain furnishings with a comfortable sleeper sofa and chairs, relaxing natural stone wood-burning fireplace, 47" HD LCD TV with DVD, and deck access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring throughout. You can also enjoy meals at the kitchen bar with additional seating for 3 people.

Dining Room: Dining room table with seating for up to 6 people including bench seating.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom- Queen bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with double vanity sinks and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2- Bunk Bedroom with Twin over queen bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom access.

Deck: The private deck overlooks Old Town Park City, some Park City ski slopes, and quiet Woodside Avenue.

"Lots of positives here! The second floor of Snowblaze is the PERFECT location for Park City skiing. Some reviews mention an uphill walk, but if you exit from the 2nd floor there is a walkway that literally pops you across the street from the parking lot. Yes, lots of hills in Park City, but you can't beat that proximity. Having two bathrooms is a perk and there was plenty of seating for eating or hanging out (although there were only 3 of us, 4-5 would be comfortable. It is not a huge apartment, but for a ski vacation it was a great home base. Shuttle to main street, Deer valley is a block away. Beds and linens were comfortable and all supplied. We were missing the starter logs for fireplace, and with both showers and the hot tub (also right out the door), we felt we could have had more towels. The Concierge contact was easy to reach and quick to respond to supply both. There are VERY few cooking basics there (Salt/Pepper) left likely by other renters, so be prepared to get the basics like oil, sugar, coffee for your stay. There is a 7-11 a block away also if you forget anything at the store! We did not cook too much, but kitchen seems to have the basic pots/pans, utensils and enough dishes/glasses we only had to run the dishwasher upon leaving which was nice. A couple things could use an upgrade - There were a few lights out in the bathrooms and the main living area, and from reviews sounds like they may be out long term, making some of these areas a little dark in the morning/evenings. The tub/Shower has a small step up that is a bit tricky - really need to be careful - and water heater may need to be upgraded or space out showers if you are a larger group. I think considering the number this place sleeps and the hot tub access, they need to start you with more towels. We would stay here again, but a few things could be improved or updated."

"The location is fantastic! Directly across the parking lot from Park City mountain. We loved being able to walk the 1/2 mile to town at night. The place was stocked well with kitchen supplies and toiletries. The pull out sofa was not a great sleeping option due to the mattress quality. It is very tight space for six people and think it would be perfect for 5. Overall a good stay."

"The contactless check-in process was flawless. The door code began working right at 4 pm, as stated. The unit was clean, well-furnished, and appointed. The location is perfect for skiing Park City, Deer Valley & Canyons. All locations are just minutes away. The covered parking spot was great as parking is at a premium in Park City. "This condo was perfect for my adult son and I - plenty of room for up to 4 people (might be tight for 6). Kitchen was well-stocked with pans, with starter supplies of dishwasher soap and other supplies. Overall in good condition -nice towels, sheets, etc. I was nervous about finding space in the parking garage because it seemed small and full, but we always found a spot. The condo is definitely walkable to the First Time lift, but I am older and chose to drive and park in the free ski close area lot rather than trudge up steps, across a street and through a couple of parking lots wearing my ski boots and carrying skis. Lazy, but it worked.:-)"
