Welcome to our peaceful & private 2bd + 1ba single family beach house (no shared walls) located just 2 blocks to ocean in the heart of beautiful North Pacific Beach. This offering features a large fully-fenced yard exclusive only to this unit, dogs ok, convenient attached 2 car garage + 1 space parallel to garage, single-level with no stairs, hardwood floors, SMART TV's, & short walk to amazing local eats! *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.

LIVING AREA
This newly remodeled single family house this is the perfect beach vacation getaway for up to 6 guests. Off the main front door entry you'll step in the spacious living room that is beautifully decorated with beachy decor, beautiful hardwood flooring, 2 plush sofas, recessed lighting, and a sleek 60" Flat Screen Smart TV. Off the living room is a separate dining area with seating for 6 (the table pulls out, extra chairs in closet) and an open kitchen with cabinets galore and new stainless steel appliances. Off the hallway is a full bathroom (tub/shower combination) as well as 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are bright and airy, each with queen beds, ceiling fans, recessed lighting, closets, and TV's.

EXTERIOR & OTHER FEATURES
Oversized lot that consists of 2 individual detached single family houses. This is the private rear unit (note the front unit is currently unavailable) and includes a fenced front yard perfect for Fido (friendly breeds only please), patio seating, and a BBQ that is exclusive only to this unit. A side by side washer/dryer is located inside the garage and beach amenities are included as complimentary for our guests including sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

LOCATION
"Where the locals hang!" Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to ocean, white sandy beaches, & famous Tourmaline Surf Park.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment on Mission Blvd, Turquoise St, and Garnet Ave. Endless mom & pop shops and fantastic family and fine dine eats, including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Pernicano's Pizzeria ,The Fishery, Bareback Burger, & Turquoise Coffee Shop/Wine Bar to name a few. A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Mission Beach, featuring Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and Wavehouse flow rider. Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house!

Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. This is a perfect spot to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, contact one of our friendly staff today!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

"Stayed here for two weeks in July with my husband and 2 daughters - we also were able to bring our dog. The house was in great condition when we arrived and the instructions to enter, etc. were easy and clear. The house was clean and free of clutter which I appreciate because we had plenty of space for our things! I've stayed places before where you don't get much space at all because of the owners personal belongings. The outdoor courtyard is large and while a lot is shared with the front house, it felt private and was our own space. The parking was great to have the garage and also the space behind it. It is conveniently located and a short walk or bike ride (we brought our bikes) to the Law Street Beach and also several restaurants and a grocery store. Also, it is a short drive to La Jolla. We all enjoyed our time in this house and would definitely stay there again! Thank you Surf Style for being such great hosts!"

"This was a great place with plenty of square footage, the garage had everything you needed for a beach day from paddle boards to the good Tommy Bahama beach chairs. The only thing we weren't expecting is that it can only be accessed by an alley and it is sandwiched between a relatively busy street and a street with no sidewalk - this made our walks with our dog less that what you picture for PB. However, if you're not walking the alley 4 times a day with your dog I don't think this would be much of an issue at all!"

"Fans didn’t work (no AC) which made for a very uncomfortable time inside. There were large balls of dog hair all over the floors in every room. We contacted the property managment company to help fix the fans and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They said they would send their cleaning person to vacuum the hair piles but no one ever showed up. The individual my wife spoke with was condescending and rude to her when she called to resolve the fan issue. The outdoor string lights did not work and the only functional light on the back yard/patio was a motion flood light which didn’t make for a relaxing environment. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable. The location is the only redeeming value for this place, but overall it’s not as spacious, clean or comfortable as advertised and the property managment company was extremely unprofessional."

"We decided to book a month here back in Aug. ‘20. Both of us work remotely. The place couldn't be more perfect. We drove down from MN with the dog and instantly loved this place. Everything you need is close. You could easily do a shorter stay without a car and walk to nearby restaurants and grocery store. The Garage is really nice to have, because parking around the house is always full. OB dog beach is about 10 minutes drive. Fiesta about 13 minutes drive. Almost everything around is dog friendly. The outdoor space is really nice. I think the only qualm I can muster about the house is that after 2 hours of sitting in the steel outdoor chairs, it starts to get a bit uncomfortable. Internet speeds are great here. We brought our own AppleTV and hooked it right up to the main TV. To our surprise, both bedrooms had appleTVs also with the spectrum cable app for TV. We barely used them. The area is a lot quieter than I expected going into it. Really nice and relaxing. 5 minute walk and you're on the beach. Great sunset walks to be had. The house is pretty well provisioned with essentials, but we did buy some ziplock bags and tin foil and some other basics. Paid it forward to the next visitors. Enjoy this little slice of paradise! It's over before you know it!"

"Our family (2 adults and 2 children) recently stayed in this great Surfstyle vacation home (Pipeline), and we had an awesome experience! Located in the North PB/Bird Rock area, the neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located, allowing us an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, Garnet Ave., Trader Joe's, etc. PB can be a popular area on the weekends, but the home has its own enclosed garage, so we never had to worry about having a place to park when returning to the house. In addition to the easy reservation and check in process, we also appreciated all of the great features the home provided. The recently updated house includes tv's, cable, and internet access in each bedroom, as well as in the living room, and also has two super-comfy couches to relax on during the evening! There were plenty of towels and linens available, as well as several small fans in case it is warm during your visit (we stayed in February, so heat was not an issue). Although we did not get a chance to bbq, the home includes a gas grill, and the newly remodeled (fully enclosed) back yard was a great place to relax after returning from the beach. If your family wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded beach areas, yet close enough to walk to the water, this property is the place to be!"

"For the past several years my wife and I have been traveling to San Diego to take advantage of the sun, the surf, the beach and the many amenities that San Diego has to offer. For the past two years we have enjoyed our stay immeasurably by choosing to rent the Pipeline 1 unit in North Pacific Beach. When we come to San Diego we like to do a few things, a lot. Walk on the beach, Shop in the independent businesses, Eat in incredible restaurants and most of all, RELAX. The Pipeline I unit allows us to do all of the things we love. It’s North Pacific Beach location offers a well equipped home in a very quiet neighborhood and yet is close to so much. Close to the restaurants on Cass and Turquoise streets. Close to La Jolla. Close to the Dog Beach in Ocean Beach. And most of all, Close to the boardwalk and beach of Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. It’s just a couple of blocks to the north end of the beach at Law Street and affords us the long morning and evening walks that we love to take with our Springer Spaniel. The unit itself features a lovely patio, that is fully enclosed and well lit and allows for enjoying a family barbecue, or a peaceful place to catch up on a few emails. With the attached garage, you don’t have to worry about off street parking, and it has easy access from Mission Boulevard or Bayard St. Did I mention how quiet the neighborhood is? Extremely, which makes it that much easier to sink into relaxation mode, the reason your here in the first place. We’ve found our home-away from home in San Diego, and hope that you will consider taking advantage of all that the Pipeline I unit has in store for you."
