Welcome to Endless Summer 2, our 2-story 2br + 2ba house located just 2 blocks to the ocean in highly sought after North Pacific Beach neighborhood. Featured highlights include A/C, exclusive fenced backyard, dog friendly, BBQ, parking for 5 vehicles, & 2 levels (main living area on ground level, bedrooms on second level).

Newly remodeled 2-story single family house with private backyard & onsite parking for up to 5 vehicles, this is the perfect beach vacation getaway for up to 6 people.

GROUND LEVEL | Off the ground level main entry you'll step in the living room, beautifully decorated with laminate wood flooring and views to the dining room and backyard. The living room houses 2 modern sofas and Smart TV with YouTubeTV. Adjacent to the living room is a separate dining area with seating for 6, ultra modern and cool ceiling light fixture, and windows that allow for cool breezes & lots of sunlight. There are also sliding glass doors that lead to your private backyard with BBQ, grass area, and table/chairs, ideal for gathering with your closest friends and family. Rounding out the downstairs is the kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and nice white cabinets. As well as a full bathroom with nice "beachy" themed blue colored tile and shower/tub combo!

SECOND LEVEL | There are stairs leading to the second floor that has 2 bedrooms and a second full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has its own Smart TV, oversized closets, and private balcony with views to La Jolla hillside and out to the backyard. Separating both bedrooms is a second bathroom with shower/tub combo and decorated to keep with the "beachy" theme. Bedroom 2 is nice and bright and airy, with a modern Queen bed & oversized closets.

Other features include side by side washer/dryer located inside the garage, 2 small or 1 large dog ok, outdoor shower located in backyard, and beach amenities including sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards are provided as complimentary amenities to our guests.

Oversized lot that comprises 2 individual houses, each with their own private yard, entry, and parking areas. The front house is a separate listing and has 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, and the rear house noted above is comprised of 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Our guests have the option to rent one unit or both units (VRBO #1029071) for a combined 6 bedroom + 5 bathroom offering that sleeps up to 16 guests.

"Where the locals hang!" Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to Ocean, white sandy beaches, & famous Tourmaline Surf Park.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment on Mission Blvd, Turquoise St, and Garnet Ave. Endless mom & pop shops and fantastic family and fine dine eats, including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, The French Gourmet, The Fishery, Bareback Burger, & Turquoise Coffee Shop/Wine Bar to name a few. A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Mission Beach, featuring Belmont Park's Big Dipper Coaster and Wavehouse flow rider. Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house!

Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. This is a perfect spot to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, contact one of our friendly staff today!

• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Great location and within minutes of great food, local beach and communities, shopping and beaches! House was extremely comfortable after a long day out, great private yard and even though the neighborhood properties are extremely close to one another, it's quiet after 9pm and the house is well insulated. Ocean is visible from both upstairs bathrooms too! Any issues were handled immediately by the property management company, so we'd definitely stay here again and will use Surf Style Vacation Homes again!"

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. The home is centrally located to all close attractions, we were able to walk to the beach very easily. Great location, good vibes and good times. Plenty of amenities available for your stay, including a water filter in the fridge. The back yard is lovely, with mood lighting for the evenings. There is a garage access, with a washer and dryer and plenty of beach toys and chairs available too. The sheets and pillows were very comfortable! I would definitely recommend staying here again! A in my book! Thank you very much."

"This 2 bed/ 2 bath unit was perfect for our party of 3 adults and 2 large dogs. It was well stocked with the essentials (kitchen, bed linens, towels, beach chairs, etc), had ample parking which is key for PB, a nice enclosed yard (with imitation grass), and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Gelson's, etc. The Surf Style team responded quickly when upon arrival, the unit wasn't as clean as one would have liked. They sent someone over the next day to clean the unit. The neighbours around the unit can be heard quite clearly if you sleep with the windows open; once they're closed though, it's pretty quiet. We enjoyed our time there, dogs included! Thanks, Surf Style, for another great vacation in PB! We'll see you again in the near future."

"The property was all we expected for our vacation in San Diego. Within walking distance from beach, coffee shop, restaurants, and other businesses, but in a quiet and relaxing area. The property could use a little upgrade in terms of aesthetics (decoration is very basic) and could benefit from more extensive kitchen dinnerware and utensils (especially if you plan to cook). A pitcher, kitchen towels, more napkins and table clothes, would be appreciated. For us, this was not really an issue because we ate outside most of the time. The only down side is that the main entrance is in a back alley, which at night can be a bit uninviting. We regularly saw people walking by the alley and searching within the trash containers late at night. In all, we really had everything we needed during our stay and for the price and location this property was a really good deal."

"We had issues with the following: 1. All touch points dirty especially around door handles. All doors are white so easily to see. 2. Top of refrigerator dirty. 3. Seating at kitchen table dirty. 4. Condition of pans and plates in bad or severely used condition. We had to wash most pans and plates were dirty. 5. Back of upstairs restroom door was dirty and had hair in random areas of the door. Thinking housekeeping uses the same clothes to clean everything. 6. We purchased to cook in the over to later find out the oven didn’t work so we had to throw out this food. 7. Washer machine door didn’t latch so we could do laundry. 8. One of the blanket on the bed had multiple tears. 9. Towels were severely worn. Had multiple color face towels that should be replaced. 10. Dish drying rack under sink is so dirty that it needs to be thrown out. 11. Kitchen table top was dirty; We pretty much had to clean most of dishes. Silverware, glasses and pans before using. Most was dirty. I cleaned all areas on doors especially around door handles. This location is really good but the items listed above is very below average or unacceptable. We paid to much for this rental with the issues we encountered."

"Great location and private backyard for a dog. Unit is equipped with all the basics in the kitchen, except for a baking or broilerpan. Great parking with private garage. Recommend bringing a portable fence to block the enclosed alley that is accessed from the backyard. This alley abuts other homes. Backyard shower is nice. The location is a reasonable walk to the beach, to several good restaurants, and to Gelsons grocery store. Recommend Surfstyle as managers. They were very responsive."

"This place is great for a small family with a dog. It is in a great location, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It is also a great launching point to see various sights in San Diego and La Jolla. The house has plenty of room and a private garage with washer and dryer. The place is clean, has comfortable bedding, a nice quiet back yard space, and much more. The house was well-stocked with soaps, detergents, trash bags, towels, etc. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils one would need, and there is lots of beach gear in the garage. The property managers are well-organized, communicate well, and are highly responsive. So, this makes for a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing pace to stay."

"We stayed here for a family getaway with 2 small kids and 2 grandparents. The house is in a great location, with easy access to beaches, restaurants and fun things to do. The parking is a bit tricky to find at first, but its very convenient once you figure it out. There's space for 3 cars, which is a premium for the area. The house is well stocked with everything you need and it was well maintained/clean as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and the kids especially enjoyed the beach toys."

"My family and I loved this property! It's a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and there were plenty of beach items to borrow for the beach. Took a lap or two around the block to realize the garage is in the alley, but had no issues parking or getting in or out once finding that out. While we did have an issue with the upstairs shower (temperature options were either very hot or scalding), a maintenance tech came over incredibly quick and fixed the issue in record time. Would definitely recommend, and will be coming back here for future summer vacations!"

"Too often when staying at a vacation rental, in real life, it does not look like the pictures anymore. Well, this one does! It is exactly a "what you see is what you get" property. It was clean and well equipped and the management company, SurfStyle, was responsive when needed but otherwise just left us alone to enjoy our stay.
