Off the living room is a dining room that flow seamlessly in to the beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen that features cabinets galore, white quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchenware, & views out to a lush landscape exterior.

On separate sides of the home are 2 bedrooms, the first is the master suite with Cal King bed, Samsung SMART TV, reading nook, & ensuite bath with new restroom vanity & surround shower. The second bedroom houses a Queen bed with it's own small patio area, a quiet place to escape the hustle bustle. Separating both bedrooms is another full bath (tub/shower combo) + stackable washer dryer.

"Where the locals hang!" Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.
• Attractions
A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

"This place is nicely decorated with tons of storage. The outdoor area has pleasant flowers, and lots of natural light comes into the apartment. My favorite feature was having plenty of hangers in the closet! This is a rare treat in our experience with vacation rentals. The neighborhood is very walkable and only a mile down the hill from our grandchildren! We do plan to return to Local 2! Thank you Surf Style!"

"This is an excellent place. It was very comfortable for our family of four while I was on sabbatical at UCSD for several months. The rooms are comfortable, there's plenty of kitchen space and storage space. It faces away from the street, so there's no street noise — it's quite quiet. The management is very responsive and accommodating. I would come again if I have another long-term visit. It's next to several good restaurants, and also two very good Mexican places, particularly for fish tacos. It's an easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk, to the lively Pacific Beach district on Garnet Ave, and in the other direction, many neighborhoods to explore on dog walks, including laid-back Bird Rock. La Jolla is a short 10 minute drive away. For groceries, there's a grocery store (Gelson's) one block away nearby and also Trader Joe's and Vons a short drive away. Note that if your car is too large (we had a Highlander), you won't be able to use the garage—it's hard to maneuver with the cars on the opposite side of the alley—but there's usually plenty of street parking."

"Great location. We could walk to our favorite eating spots in Pacific Beach...Fishery for dinner and Fig Tree for breakfast. Great having the air conditioning on a hot, humid weekend. Loved being able to have our dog with us. Surf Style Management team is Top Shelf in style, furnishings and attention to detail. We will be returning to this location and checking out other local Surf Style accommodations!"

"The unit was very clean and well furnished. It is in a great neighborhood on a quiet street and the alley was also pretty quiet. We enjoyed the restaurants & grocery store that are within easy walking distance. The garage Is very small so we didn't even attempt to use it so that necessitated street parking. The host was very responsive to our request for early checkin and to other questions after we arrived. We will definitely look to book with SurfSyle again in the future."
