Bay Colony 776 is an upper-level unit in Bay Colony area, that is perfect for those wanting to be close to everything, but still have a more private space from the popular beachfront area. This unit located just walking distance away from the beautiful lakeshore of Gull Lake, which easily brings the beauty of the sand and sun to you. Bay Colony 776 is one of four units that is closest to the highway, which just means its closest to the parking area- just quicker access for you to get in and out of the car. Bay Colony has plenty of amenities that are just exclusive to the area. Adults can grill up a yummy dinner on the community propane grills, or lounge around the firepit while watching the sunset. Host a nice game of poker outside on the picnic tables, while the kids are playing a friendly game of cornhole. Bay Colony is a true Gull Lake vacation spot, one where lifetime traditions are made.

THE BASICS:
No smoking, house parties, no pets, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

Our Starter Kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!

"We were able to get to all kinds of attractions from this location without having to drive for any great length of time. We experienced a multitude of activities including pontooning on Gull Lake, an amazing zip lining adventure, a virtual reality experience, mini golf, fabulous shopping and numerous excellent dining experiences. And we knew we would be returning to a clean, comfortable, spacious home-away-from-home that had everything we needed for a successful vacation."

"This is the 2nd time we've stayed in a unit on this property & both visits have been great. The unit is well stocked - the kitchen has everything you need for cooking & grilling, we had sufficient paper goods & bathroom essentials, etc. There are great outdoor furniture/spaces for chatting, eating & relaxing on the beach. And when I had a minor concern, they responded quickly."

"We had a great time at this property. Everything was just as described and we loved the centralized location. Very minor critiques...One, the parking isn't great in the winter time as it's a bit of a walk. Two, I thought we would be lakeside but there are actually a few similar homes between this property and the lake. Again, those are very minor and we loved our stay!"

"There were 4 of us in a place that sleeps 8. The table only sat 4 and there were 2 stool. For the 4 of us that was fine. However if there were 8 of us there would not be enough seating to eat. The Livingroom area there was only seating for 3. A love seat and on chair. So one of us was on the floor. Maybe add some folding chair or something or get a small chair in the Livingroom area. We I asked if there was coffee there I was told the was a minimum amount of our stay. There was only 4 cups worth of coffee. No a huge deal I could pick some up when we went into Nisswa, but it would of been nice to know it was only 4 cups worth of coffee. We were there 2 nights. The kitchen cabinet are very sparse. There was no foil or plastic wrap. One wash rag for sink and one hand towel for drying. I thought that booking with a VRBO would be more "home" like not hotel like. The other time we have used VRBO that was the case. So if you revamp your kitchen and Livingroom area I think your guests would be happier."
