Description

Our beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Southgate Village townhome, is located a short 5 minute drive south of downtown Moab. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, our home provides ideal access to all of the area's top amenities -- National Parks, mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheeling adventures, and more.

Our home features an open concept floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas fire place in the main living space, a ground level patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill, and a two car garage with an extended height overhead door, so jeeps fit nicely! In addition to the garage, there is space to park up to two vehicles in the driveway and plenty of parking nearby for trailers and trucks.

The master bedroom features a private deck with EPIC views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim. Seriously, the VIEW is amazing!

Our family-friendly rental provides with plenty of room for the kids or multiple groups of friends. It's the perfect desert getaway! We host another home in this community. If you are traveling as a group and need multiple rentals close together, please reach out! We also offer a group discount!

**Please note this is a two-story unit and stairs must be used to access the bedrooms.

The pool and hot tub are available from March-October. The pool opens later and closes earlier in the year. Access is dependent on weather and maintenance.

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room for two families (total of 6 people) and the kids loved playing outside. We had just one little issue and the management company responded right away, very easy to reach them. Would definitely stay here again. It is just a little bit south of town which added a few minutes driving but was so quiet and the stars were gorgeous."

"I don't travel for the accommodations but where I stay is important. This is my second year here and it was a pleasant experience. Everything about the house is nice and convenient. No problems with anything in the house and it is right in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. I am pretty sure we will be coming back to Moab (God willing) and would like to stay there again."

"The house was very nice and clean. The garage was a big plus so we didn’t have to take the bike off the jeep during the night. The bed were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was perfect. The pool and hot tub were very close to the house and added to the experience. The views were amazing especially for the balcony upstairs. The only things I would recommend would be to freshen up the bar stools in the kitchen and the main couch in the living room since they are sagging. I would also add and freshen some of the dished especially the coffee mug and glass. Highly recommend this place !"

"Went to Mab for Thanksgiving and Biking. We had a great time at the rental with its gorgeous views. It even had a bike stand! Quite a bit of road noise though at nights from all the truckers so bring earplugs!"

"This was the perfect location to visit Arches National Park, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. This house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed! It was a great place to come back to after a long day of hiking. The only minor issue we found was that the bunk beds were super squeaky so our kids ended up not using them. Other than that this place was perfection, and we would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend!"

"The house was wonderful, very cozy with adorable decore! The Garage was large enough to park 2 jeeps both on a 3.5" lift and one was on 35s and one was on 38s. There was also enough room to put the doors in front of the jeeps. A few of the stools at the island had seen some love and were starting to sag, but everything else was very comfortable! We loved being just south of town close to the shell gas station. It kept things quite being away from the bustle of downtown."

"Spent a couple days in Moab trail riding...used the Condo as our base. Had plenty of space for 3 of us. The grill came in handy. Didn't have time to use the rooftop deck, patio or pool. Convenient to town and had plenty of room to park a trailer."
