Description

This beautiful golf course home is located adjacent to the green and pond on the Moab Golf Course 12th Hole. Solano Vallejo is a quiet neighborhood just a short 5 min drive from town with a peaceful country feel. It includes a shared seasonal swimming pool and is within walking distance to hiking trails, Red Rock and the Golf Course Rock Petroglyphs site.

Thoughtfully decorated with original artwork and decor with comfortable furnishings throughout. There are two gas fireplaces (located in living room and master bedroom) to cozy up by during the colder months. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals and includes a gas range with a built in air-fryer. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar or on the outside patio.

Our internet is FAST and reliable for those who need to study or work remotely and there are 3 TV's located in the unit for streaming your favorite shows or watching cable channels.

The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). The views are amazing! Many guests also enjoy watching golfers putt on the 12th green, easily visible from the patio.

Safely store your bikes and gear in the attached garage and there is plenty of nearby curbside parking for trailers. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use .

The swimming pool is seasonal and is open for use from April through the end of October (weather permitting).

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

"We traveled from Dallas to Moab in order for our daughter to do a tandem bass jump for her 26th birthday. Our connecting flight was canceled and we were stuck in Phoenix for a day. She missed her scheduled jump because of the delay and the management team was nice enough to extend our visit by a day and also allow us a late check out in order for her to be able to complete her jump. The condo is super clean and well stocked, and the views are beautiful, although it’s very close to downtown Moab it is also very quiet and feels like home! Would definitely return"

"Enjoyed the location, looking out on the golf course and very quiet. The townhouse was quite comfortable, although we found the beds a bit soft. I’d say the biggest negative was the condition of the townhouse, you could see the quality from 20 years ago and it just didn’t seem like the owner was providing any TLC anymore. The carpet looks to be the original, dirty and worn, the heat/air conditioning worked but was really loud, the washing machine also worked but sounded like it was on its last leg.
We enjoyed the back patio and the pool."
