"We have stayed in 4 Rim village condos and this was by far the best. VRC was a great and responsive management company. Unit very clean. A CRAZY storm rolled in Friday. Our condo was luckily not affected by power loss or flooding like other areas in Moab had issues. Can’t wait to go back. Clean, comfortable sleeping and well stocked rental."

"Comfortable, well-kitted out vacation home. We would stay again. My only complaint is that there were virtually no cleaning supplies. We only had 3 dishwasher pods for a week’s stay. Other than that, no dishwashing liquid or a sponge, no laundry detergent, nothing to wipe down counters or dining table."

"Fully stocked kitchen and spacious patio with private hot tub is really nice. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! Have rented in this neighborhood for years and this is by far my favorite place."

"Our stay here was good, the condo was cute. My only issue was that after pulling the 8th long black strand of hair off the bedsheets in the master bedroom, it weirded me out enough to go find replacement sheets in the closet and changed them myself. The sheets didn’t look dirty, but I was unsure if that many of the same strands of hair meant that they hadn’t been washed. The condo was very clean otherwise and everything else was perfect."

"We travel many times a year and always rent condos. This unit was one of the cleanest, neatest, rentals we have stayed at, in fact the entire neighborhood is pristine. Everything looks brand new and never used, including the actual streets. Definitely a must rent. We would most definitely stay here again."

"Nice condo and decor, good location, poor cleaning practices. Dirty bedding on the king and queen beds. I wouldn't book again with this place or company based on the repeated reviews of poor cleaning practices. So gross to have dirty bedding from the strangers that rented before you. The king bed frame was broken and swayed anytime you'd roll over in bed."

"Overall we enjoyed this property. Plenty of space for our group of 7. And given covid problems for getting parts and services, I do give some leniency for the issues we had with a very dirty hot tub. But I do think that prior to someone renting, everything should have been checked prior to our arrival. When you're paying a cleaning fee, you then expect that it will be cleaned for your own arrival. The hot tub had clearly not been looked at in a long time. Filter was disgusting. Chemicals clearly overdue. It took until almost the end of our stay to get it resolved. Again, I understand that due to covid getting parts in is difficult, but really the hot tub should have been at least cleaned.

So my only critic is a better assessment of the property prior to the next guests arrival needs to be made.

Thankfully there was a community hot tub but we had paid for specifically for a property with it's own.

I do commend the quick response when the issue was found. Communication was great.

And pictures of the condo were spot on.

I would stay here again but if the same issues arose, I'd demand that my own cleaning fee be waived."

"House was pretty dirty, fridge and washing machine were the worst. Mice droppings outside front door (we didn’t see any signs of them on the inside though). Just needs a little more attention to detail. There are some maintenance items that are needed, and the management company was made aware of them. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub - it’s in poor condition (headrests fall off or are missing, random trim pieces would just pop up while we were in the tub), and the amount of chlorine the company uses is obscene. It burned my nose and lungs while in the hot tub and it took a couple days for my skin to stop smelling like bleach. Overall I think the house is overpriced, and I would book somewhere else if the hot tub is your driving force. I will say that the management company was ok though - when I voiced my concerns in an email to them, they called me right away. Hopefully they’ll take care of the maintenance items and get some better cleaners. Oh and I have a feeling they don’t change the entry code between guests, which can be very dangerous and a huge liability."
