BUILDING FEATURES & LAYOUT
Modern 3-townhome Ocean Front building located on a stretch of white sandy beach in beautiful North Mission Beach. Each townhome has 2 levels of ocean frontage, with a spacious open floorplan & floor to ceiling windows allowing our guests to soak in the beautiful water & sunset views.

Ground Level
Convenient entries are off the ground level, which houses the main living areas & kitchens. Each kitchen comes fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Italian tile flooring, separate bar facing the ocean, & dining with seating for 4. Off the kitchen is a living room with sofa sleepers & flat screen TV. Rounding out the downstairs is a full bath with standing shower, Bluetooth speakers, washer/dryer, beach gear, & sliding glass doors that lead to your private and exclusive front porch & easy beach access.

Second Level
The second floors in each unit house the bedroom(s) & additional bathrooms. Each bedroom has their own TV & ensuite bathroom, and the luxury master retreats have an Ocean View bar seating area with sliding pocket windows + soaking jetted tubs.

SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.

WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

ATTRACTIONS! Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home! Surf Style has discounts for all these major attractions.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

"We chose Mission Beach based on good reviews and it's proximity to the airport. We have 7 teen/adults our family and needed a larger spot so renting both of these side by side units was great. There isn't any inside access between the units but that wasn't a big deal as long as you watched your step going between them on the busy boardwalk which is literally one step out the front door! We spent a lot of time with the doors opened up sitting and people watching from the kitchen/patio. The beach access doesn't get any better - just 20 steps across the boardwalk and you're there. We felt totally comfortable letting our younger kids come and go as they wanted. Proximity to shopping, dining, the bay, surfboard/bike/kayak/paddle board rentals was all awesome. We hit all the local restaurants and bars both north and south of the unit and as runners, clocked a fun 15 miles all over the paths along the boardwalk and the bay. We used grocery delivery from Ralph's the first day and didn't use a car during our stay even once. We were here for a family reunion and our family members all easily found other rentals all within about 5 minutes walk which was perfect. We enjoyed it and I'd definitely recommend it! Pricy but you get what you pay for!"

"We rented the two units side by side (me and my three kids). It was a magical week! I loved being right on the boardwalk, the kids could head to the beach anytime, easy access to food and shops, the sunsets were amazing. I'd just sit, work, and watch the people. Beautiful units in a perfect spot."

"The overall experience was great. You simply cannot beat the location. The units were clean and easy to keep clean. The beds were very comfortable. Management and even the homeowner was easy to contact should we need anything. Prequalification was a process but respected. Parking was issue as we had a truck. The carports are suitable for small vehicles so paying to park was a bit of a surprise. We should have known better visiting a beach city. Thank you for letting us stay. We had a great time!"
