Very good
"Pool, hottub, room accommodations were amazing. Had Christmas dinner with family & friends. Kitchen was well stocked! The only glitch we had was they gave us a room number and code and never told us they switched our room to a different one. Never gave us a reason why as we stood outside the door for quite a while trying to figure out why our code wasn't working. Other than this, would recommend again."

"It was very nice stay. I enjoyed every minute of it. Only thing was our neighbor was talking at hall way very loud at 2 am, We could not sleep until they went back to their room. Other than that, all my family enjoyed the stay. Bakery was very nice too. I recommend to everyone to stay there."

"My whole family stayed the week for my mom’s funeral. I asked for a few arrangements to be moved around and the property manager was very helpful. He was communicative and made sure we had what we needed to get settled. I appreciated him making it easy in a difficult time. The room was gorgeous, the view was amazing, the property was beautiful and fun. We really enjoyed ourselves. This is the third time we’ve stayed in 2 years and we’ll for sure do it again."

"This is our third time staying here. Love the location! The villas are perfect for our bigger family. Love all of the amenities...from the pool to the restaurant and deli on location...very convenient! But this place is getting older so I do feel like they need to start fixing and updating some rooms. Our master bathroom shower floor was so squeaky, I felt like the floor was gonna give away. Other than some minor maintenance, I love this place and will definitely stay again!"

"We were a family of five adults attending a conference. The villa offered the room we needed and was attractively priced. We did not cook but the kitchen was stocked and had everything you would need to prepare a nice meal. Everything was clean. The furniture is a bit worn and the villa could use a facelift. Actually the entire resort could use a facelift. But Kyle and Midway Properties have done a good job with what they have to work with. Very responsive if you need anything or have a question. We have stayed at the Zermatt resort before in a hotel room and that was a disaster - poor service and not clean. Do yourself a favor and rent a villa from Midway Properties!"

"We had a great time. The room was nicely kept and we had everything we needed to cook family meals. We had booked a zip-line and they couldn't find it when we showed up. I made one phone call and they took care of it for me. They couldn't have been any sweeter or easier to work with. It was perfect for a family get away. It would be nice if it had a vacuum or broom to keep things cleaned up. We will definitely stay there more often."

"We checked in on a Wednesday night, reserving our suite for a week. The quote that first impressions mean a lot, well... that is true, which surprises me that this beautiful room was completely voided by the ridiculous hot air that filled it. It was so hot in the room. I understand that they want to save on energy so they ask the customers to put the thermostat to 72 when they leave, but knowing that we were checking in, and knowing that their air conditioning units are not great, it would have benefited them to come in and cool the suite down, to negate a horrible first impression. The facilities are lovely and we actually enjoyed the swiss antique feel of the suite. Having access the resort amenities was well appreciated, as we enjoyed the pool often during our stay. The weekend of our stay there was a music festival that seemed like it was fun. It cost $30 a person so we decided not to partake in this event, but did enjoy hearing some of the music from the resort courtyard. However, although enjoyable, the very fact that outside visitors came to the resort for the music festival, stole away from finding available parking. We had to park incredibly far away from our room and then because of the horrible air conditioning units our windows were open at night, so we heard all the drunk visitors leaving and parting in the streets next to the villas. On Sunday afternoon, I decided to do laundry and having it located on the same floor was very nice. I however, got locked out of our suite with clean laundry. I kept trying to get a hold of Kyle and after an hour try contacting the resident property manager, as per the email sent at the beginning of our stay. He eventually was able to come and look at our door, no codes were working and it was noted that the batteries had gone out on the lock. He went and got more batteries and after almost two hours of being locked out, I got in. Kyle eventually did contact as well but not until after we got it figured out. That was a real inconvenience. I had asked Kyle at the beginning of our stay if we could have room service on Friday and Sunday of our stay. We did get it on Friday but not Sunday. I contacted him and then on Monday the housekeeper knocked on the door and said they were too busy on Sunday to get to us, do we want it now. We said no, as we were getting ready to check out on Tuesday. Kyle did not charge us for either day of requested service. Midway is beautiful and so is the resort."
