Description

Located smack dab in the middle of downtown McCall, the TimberCrest Downtown Lakeview Condo North is just a half block from Payette Lake and is within easy walking distance of Legacy Park and beach, the Marina, restaurants, shopping, and is right next door to the Manchester Ice and Events Center.

Sharing many of the luxury design features of the TimberCrest Countryside Estates homes, our TimberCrest Condo North has an open floor plan with natural stone features and a propane fireplace – perfect for staying toasty warm on chilly days while curled up on one of several comfortable couches. Or, grab a book and settle into the oversized chair and ottoman tucked away in the cozy reading nook. During summer months, guests can enjoy their stay in air-conditioned comfort.

Seamlessly serve a meal from the kitchen to dining area. The gourmet kitchen features free-form granite countertops and upscale stainless appliances, including a five-burner gas range with a "pot fill" faucet and two ovens recessed into a stone hearth. There is also a large work island for preparing those extra-special culinary creations.

Step through the French-style doors onto your private balcony where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Payette Lake in its sapphire splendor surrounded by peaks of the Payette National Forest. Who needs a webcam when you can look out the window and across the lake to Brundage Mountain where the ski lifts are less than 10 miles from your front door. Winter Carnival guests can enjoy the Mardi Gras parade from their own private perch or step outside to become part of the festivities.

This rustically elegant home accommodates up to 8 guests in three bedrooms and two baths. The private master suite has a king-sized bed with attached bath, his/hers sinks, large shower, and a jetted soaking tub. There are two additional guest rooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over full bunk set with twin trundle, both with hallway access to the guest bathroom with bathtub.

This property is also in the same complex as our TimberCrest Downtown Lakeview Condo South - rent both and accommodate your next family reunion, retreat, or group function!

Things to Note:

The condo is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator access in this building. The interior stairwell is well lit and secure.

There is a parking in the parking garage located underneath the building, access is through the alley way between the ice rink and the building. Clearance is for small SUVs and cars only. There is another lot for truck and trailer parking down the street towards Albertsons, simply follow the street until it ends and becomes a parking lot, this lot is not always available (especially in winter months). Guests are responsible for reading street signs and parking accordingly. Please be aware, there is absolutely NO STREET PARKING overnight in winter months.

There is also street-level, public parking around the unit but PLEASE NOTE that there is no overnight street parking allowed in the winter – guest vehicles parked overnight on the street during winter months will be towed – please park in the parking garage. A public boat and trailer parking lot is located across from the Mile High Marina for guests with trailers.

The hallway accessed guest bathroom does NOT have a shower, only a bathtub.

This home is equipped with a smaller water heater and may not be able to heat up quickly for larger groups (more than 4). Please be conservative while showering to ensure hot water for your group.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

The location is amazing as we were able to walk everywhere downtown, cross the street to the lake, and it is a three minute walk to the grocery store. The condo also has a balcony with a lake view! "Perfect spot We were in McCall for a wedding & this was the perfect place to stay. It’s a beautiful property right downtown & close to everything. You get a nice view of the water from the balcony. Kitchen is well stocked. Check in was easy & great communication/support. Air conditioning came in handy as it was a hot weekend. Only minor thing was there is one shower but they do have 2 bathrooms & tubs so depending on the group. We loved it & will definitely stay there again."

"This is a really nice condo, right in the heart of downtown McCall. Very short walking distance to stores, scenery and restaurants. The views from the balcony are excellent. It was a little tricky to figure out how to get into the stair area to go up to the condos. When you walk into the lobby, there are five doors in front of you. Two are bathrooms and three are not labeled in any way. All five doors have key-code levers on them. We were not even sure if we were in the correct lobby as there is no signage. We got it figured out. The ad states that there are two showers but there is only one shower in the condo which is in the master bedroom. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, utensils and pots and pans. Overall, we really enjoyed this condo and the parking was easy in the lot and on the street. Would love to come back and stay here in the summer."

"We had a great time. It was within walking distance to most activities. The hot water was limited so we all had cold showers most the week. It kept us feeling alive after being woke up the first night at 1: 00 AM by a fireman evacuating us because of carbon monoxide levels in the building. We stood outside and waited for three hours until they found the source. All and all we had a great time in mccall and enjoyed the space."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this downtown McCall condo. The location in the heart of the village, gave us access to great shopping, dining and recreation. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Ours was a three generation girl’s getaway, so I really appreciated the security features of the condo. This condo does have four flights of stairs, but the view of the lake from the balcony was worth it. I will definitely try to rent this condo again."
