No. 120 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo we call "Abercrombie and Fish". Located in a south building that was added onto the property after the construction of the original building, the front door of this condo offers parking lot level access on the highway side, but guests can enjoy a breathtaking ocean and beach view from a private balcony on the ocean-side of the condo.

Abercrombie and Fish can sleep up to 2 people on a comfortable queen bed, which is adjacent to a gas fireplace so that you can enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast's days. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and there's also a loveseat for enjoying the view through a wall of windows.

Abercrombie and Fish also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Come enjoy awe-inspiring ocean views, access to the condominium spa and pool, and proximity to everything Lincoln City has to offer! Book your vacation today!

"I have been staying at D Sands for decades, since my childhood. It is a very special place with many happy memories for me. Once again this year, I enjoyed my visit very much. The new staff was very friendly and helpful. My unit was very nice. There seems to be a bit of a need for some resurfacing on the patio area. Otherwise, no major issues. I am not a fan of new things, but the keycode entry system was quite handy and efficient and worked well. I usually stay almost 2 weeks, and used to get a bit of a discount. It would be great incentive to have a long stay discount. Overall, enjoyed my stay greatly, and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you all and have a blessed day."

"We enjoyed a perfect view from our deck, the room was clean and comfortable. The walkin shower was nice but would be great if grab bars were installed. (older guests like us really need something to hold on to). I forgot my computer power cord, called and received it the next day express mail. Great service! Thanks Clarissa!"

"Just ok, not thrilled, won't be staying again. While the room was certainly clean enough... 1. It was 54 degrees in the room upon arrival and with just one space heater hiding under a table, took forever to warm up. 2. Our "ground floor", sure, on the parking side, but balcony on the front so no easy access to beach, 3. No lighting outside entry, I stumbled off the useless curb 3 feet out the door and dropped my armload of belongings, 4. Went out to use the smoking area, only to be quite afraid when finding a homeless person sleeping on the bench instead 5. Room pretty high priced for what it was, and 6. Bill noted $45 daily room cleaning fee, but we never once saw anyone We recently moved away from Lincoln City, and will now have many occasion to stay overnight, however, we will not choose Demands again, sorry."

Very good
"The room was warm, clean, and had a good view. There was not enough parking for the number of cars. As seniors, not being able to park near our room was a major inconvenience. We saw only one handicapped parking space for all of those rooms. Also, there was major maintenance in room beside or above us that went on well towards midnight. We could hear pounding and talking."

"This particular unit was the best we have stayed for beach/ocean views and amenities. Our unit had a fireplace and balcony. The kitchen was stocked with the basics (except wine glasses) and we appreciated the toaster so that we could have english muffins in the morning. Unit was clean and bed comfortable, only thing that would have been better is if the walk-in shower had a grab bar. Be prepared for creative parking on the lower level, as it slopes and the spaces are tight. If possible, park up above. We have stayed here twice and will stay again."

"I have stayed at D'Sands multiple times a year for 40 years & it has always been my favorite. For the past several years I've stayed in the 2nd floor units to have a bedroom for my elderly mom. After her recent passing I returned to staying in a first floor studio. The remodel is a colossal disappointment. The fireplace & the TV are on opposite walls so you can't enjoy both at once. The kitchen counter size was significantly reduced so there's inadequate space to set the many travel items that one needs to access daily. The Murphy bed has been replaced by a traditional bed whose placement no longer allows for going to sleep & awakening to a beautiful ocean view & smell of ocean air thru the small sliding window. The built-in alcove shelf that extended to a short wall at each end has been replaced by a piece of furniture with a shorter shelf that allows your now-crowded travel items to fall off the end. In 40 years I've not had a single complaint about this once fabulous place but this is devastating & heartbreaking. This 4-day trip will be our last; I'm so sorry to say I will never return."

"We had a great stay. Loved being right on the water. Our room was simple but nice. It was well furnished. We didn't have any problems and the staff was very friendly even though we saw nine of them. We would definitely stay again."
