"A group of ski friends and I stayed here in May, after Keystone was closed for the season (but other areas were open). It was an excellent value. I had to call the mgt. company on a Saturday evening because we had a chirping smoke alarm on a high ceiling. This is the kind of thing that can make or break a first night in a new place. Someone came right over and fixed it. As much as you can ask. A for responsiveness there."

"Wonderful place to stay the hot tub in the complex was especially nice after a long day of skiing. We had one issue with a low battery on a smoke detector and once we alerted them to it someone came over asap! Would definitely stay here again."

Very good
"We had a great gal pal weekend getaway at this beautiful condo. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for each of us to have our own room and the 3 bathrooms were convenient and nice. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio with the changing aspen and taking walks along the bike paths. The gas fireplace was so cozy in the evenings and all the beds were super comfortable."

"This property was very nice and suited our two families very well. There was plenty of dishes and kitchen tools for us to make dinner for 9 every night. The only thing missing were pot holders so we had to use towels. The place is as described, feels even bigger than the pictures show. The best part was the front door area with the cubbies and hooks for all our ski clothing and shoes. Kept things accessible and convenient.

A couple items to note, there was a thick buildup of ice in front of the house and garage that made it difficult to get in and out. Of course after I spent two hours working to clear some of it, a snowplow came the next day to clear the rest. I'm not sure if I could have called Summit to request that or not, but that was 5 days after we arrived, and it was clear the ice had been there a long time.

There was a lot of snow out back, and a small hill that we sledded down on our first day. On the 4th day they went out again, this time without adults, and the neighbors across the way came out and told them to get off their property; which is funny given condos don't usually come with land. Someone clearly doesn't like that their neighbors rent out their condo."

"This is our second time coming in to Key Stone and we were coming with friends so we decided to rent a home.

What a wonderful place! Summit County Retreats were always super communicative all the way up to hours before we arrived if we had any questions. We had one little issue with the hot water and it was immediately looked at and resolved.

The space was perfect for us. It was 3 families with teens. The 4 boys stayed in the bunk room and each of the couples got their own room with bathroom. It was great!

We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms (although I would have extra bath towels handy). Living and dining set up and space was perfect. Had a great time!

Definitely would look to book the same place again in the future and definitely would recommend!"

"I stayed here with my son and six of his friends ages 19-21. This condo was perfect for our group. Condo was very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked to cook for a group. Plenty of parking and a very short drive to drop the boys at the slopes each morning. The listing pictures are very accurate. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were quickly addressed by the property manager. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent communication regarding the property and check in and check out procedures."

"The home and the location were both great. Very comfortable space for our group of 11. The property management team dropped the ball. Most of the published amenities were not available to us. We planned our stay around the guide book provided to us in advance. But one activity after another was a bust. And the local support team didn't seem to give a flying pinecone. Imagine driving to the pool with your children in swimsuits and towels for their birthday, only to discover we don't have access. It took 4 hours before I was notified that I would have to drive to the main office to pick up a key card for the pool. By that point, the entire afternoon was wasted, and I got ZERO empathy from the office team. Not even a whisper of an apology. Just, handed me the key card like, 'here you go. ' Didn't bother to ask me how my stay was or if we needed anything else. I felt like I was a nuisance to them. Every single business in the village was closed except for one restaurant. The host team should be on top of this and keep the guest informed prior to their arrival. I reached out to ask if they had an updated list of businesses that would be open, and they told me to check Google. We checked Google. Everything was reported to be open. Again, a local nuance, there was a lack of transparency here. We would have had a grand 'ol time if we were provided the opportunity to properly prepare. But the host did a poor job of setting guest expectations and an even worse job of responding to our concerns"
