Enjoy the beautiful slope views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you're just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the main living area and offers beautiful slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The updated guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination with tile surround. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The updated en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk and a mounted flat screen TV.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

"Great location and as described. Really liked that it was far from the elevator so it cut back on noise but you also are far from the elevator! The view is beautiful! Can’t get better! Master bedroom had a wonderful shower and beautiful updated bathroom. The bed was a little hard for me but I’m used to a sleep number bed so every bed that isn’t mine feels less comfortable. The second bedroom was well appointed and the kids loved the bunk beds. The bathroom was updated also and spacious. The living room had a couch with plenty of room and we like that we could eat our meals at a dinning room table. Property and unit were clean. The pool was nice we spent everyday there. Garage was clean, I believe they just cleaned it out. Love coming in off season there’s hardly anyone in river run, you get to enjoy the mountains and skip all the crowds. We ate at Windy City pizza, it was the bomb!"

Only couple of minor issues - mattress in master bedroom might need to be changed out. It was very uncomfortable on my wife's side, closer to the bathroom. Also the pots and pans didn't function as well as hoped. Probably time to change them out. Minor maintenance issues"

"The parking instructions lacked information about where the parking access is located, but we found it with a drive around the block. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living room are well appointed. The mattresses are hard and made for a night of tossing and turning. You will need to bring any food basics that you may think would possibly be stocked such as condiments, aluminum foil, or coffee. We would love to return, and only wish that they would consider a mattress upgrade. Shower in master was lovely and had good water pressure. You will never be cold in this unit. We had the thermostat turned down to 50 all evening and still had to sleep with the window open, which felt great. The unit containing a working humidifier was a nice touch and added to the comfort."

The carpet in the bedrooms and the bedding was quite old, and needed cleaning/replacement. When we arrived, the floors had not been cleaned and were terribly dirty, and one of our beds had dirty sheets. That was really disappointing for the high cost to rent this unit over the holiday."

"Great location, close to just about everything. The condo was a little more beat up than the pictures look (bunch of dents and holes in the walls) and the deck railing was broken and wobbly in places. Overall, I was happy with the condo for the price. One disappointment was that the listing references the proximity to all these great activities but doesn't indicate that Keystone is essentially shutdown in September as they prepare for the winter months. While we were super close to all the stores, they were all closed. We had to drive to Dillion or SIlverthorne for everything. What was supposed to be a stay in a vibrant resort turned ended up being a ghost town.

The condo was fully stocked utensils, plates, slow cooker, etc. which helped when making meals for our family. AND although there is no AC, they had plenty of fans!

Underground parking was AWESOME!"

The parking garage is convenient for parking. We loved the views from this condo. The unit was well maintained, clean, and supplied with everything we needed for our group of 6. We always enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. My only complaint is that the beds in this unit were on the hard side. We all woke up complaining about it. Another thing to consider, we have stayed in different units here before, and were able to check in and get the keys on-site at the Buffalo building. This particular unit has check-in off site. You have to drive to pick up the keys. It was a very easy process, but having everything on site is more convenient."

"We have stayed in many River Run properties over the past 15 years. This condo was fine for our family of four. The configuration seemed smaller than other properties but again, worked fine for us. Our main complaint was the strong odor as we entered which seemed to lessen with each day and when we opened the windows and doors to air the place out. Maybe it had been unoccupied for a while? The odor was similar to stale cigarette smoke but it was likely the heating unit or the very old carpeting. In any case, airing out by opening windows and the patio door helped tremendously. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo (except for the carpeting) was very clean. The DVD player is missing the remote. The appliances are new."

The building looked practically empty so we were not sure why they couldn't accommodate at least an 11: 00am checkout. I would not think the cleaning staff really needed a 6 hour cleaning window when there were so many vacancies. 2.Also, there were fumes (smelled like exhaust or Carbon monoxide?) in the unit. It slopes and is uncomfortable. The place could use a paint job and new carpet. We appreciated the 3 Tus and so many channels! Although it was hard to view in the bunk room. The set up is so tight, but it seems like that should be the master since the bath is connected. Is there anyway to not have to pay for laundry? That was kind of a pain to pay with a credit card for $3.50. Lastly, the parking below was really tight for our big truck and we had to park far away from the property. The master bedroom's bed was abviously an old mattress. The side next to window had a major slant towards window. The pullout in living room was really old, the last night we moved mattress on to floor because of the springs. And the bunk beds didn't seem like they were full length. My boys are 5'10" and they said that they couldn't straighten out there legs without hitting their heads.
We also couldn't get the heat to go down. It was really hot all the time unless we opened the windows and deck door. And, unfortunately the grill wasn't working either.
We loved the location, the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were nice and clean, plenty of towels and we had no problems getting everything to work.

"This rental property was great. It's proximity to the slopes can't be beat. We had 7 adults staying here and we all fit comfortably. The only drawback was the pull out couch. The mattress is so thin it feels like you are sleeping on the metal crossbars. But what more can you expect from a pullout couch! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!"

"We had a great stay in Keystone and Expedition Station. The location was perfect and very convenient to everything we needed. The description and pictures of this unit are very accurate. Check in was flawless and the guys at Mountain View Sports were terrific. The only thing less than 5 stars is the sofas that are well worn. The extra pillows help but not enough."

"The Good: This condo was in a great location - close to the River Run Gondola and lift and kids ski school. The bunk beds were nice for my kids, and the kitchen had adequate supplies for lots of in-room meals. The condo facility rented us a crib for only $15 for the week and had it ready in our room when we arrived. Laundry facilities were down the hall, and the parking was very convenient. Note that the dining room table only seats four people even though there are beds for six. Our littlest one had to eat on my lap all week. The Bad: The condo has seen better days. The King mattress was super hard and probably needs to be replaced. I found a mattress tag in the kids room that said 2003, which is really old for a mattress. The bedding and pillows were worn, especially those on the couch. We had a broken fireplace that took four people coming by and five days to fix it. The grill on the porch never worked, and the VCRs in both bedrooms did not either. We left a note for the property manager, so hopefully these will all be fixed by the next person's stay. The Ugly: The dishtowels in the kitchen were so full of grime that they had turned brown. They were so gross that I threw them away and bought the owners new ones. The bathroom by the master bedroom had mold in the bathtub grout."

"We booked for a week-long getaway with children and grandchildren. Perfect location, nice condo. The double bunks were a plus. The sofa is a wee bit past its prime, otherwise the place was just right. The management company is great to work with. Thanks!"

"This property was very clean, decorated nicely and had adequate dishes, pots & pans and tableware. We were glad that it was cool for July (60 - 70's) as there was no AC. Opening all the windows helped. The bunk beds were perfect and comfortable for our boys but the mattress on the Queen bed was too soft and uneven and the mattress on the sleeper sofa was not good - it dipped considerably in the middle. The bathrooms were nice and roomy. The tubs could have used a non-slip mat. It was great to have curtains for the patio doors. Complimentary coffee to put in the coffee maker was a nice touch, along with board games. Though there was three TV's, none of them could be used to view DVD's or watch basic cable. We did manage to find pre-recorded shows to
watch. All in all a clean, cozy rental. Very convenient to be walking distance form the River Run village and all outdoor activities."

"While we enjoyed the vacation and general area, this property was not nearly as nice as we would have expected. It seemed a bit "beat up" and was missing some key items in the kitchen (such as a bottle opener).

We would definitely stay in Keystone again in River Run, but don't think we'd select to stay in that property again."

"This condo was perfect for my family and the location could not have been better. It was clean, had lots of extra fans and sheets to keep warm, and also had plastic sleds for us to use. We had some issues with the microwave and heater so hopefully those have been fixed. The wifi and cable worked great."

"We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were 2 adults and 4 "kids" (ranging from 19 to 12 years old). The complex is very nice and very well-kept. The location was quite convenient to the village and slopes. We were somewhat surprised that the unit was smaller than we expected, especially the living room / kitchen combo. That being said, for its size it served us quite well. There can't be many 2 bedroom units that could serve 6 people. The master bath was spacious. The second bath was a bit unusual in that the shower opened directly into the bedroom, so if someone wanted privacy everyone would need to leave the bedroom. We had a few electrical issues that weren't able to be completely remedied given the holiday, but they weren't a huge deal. Overall we were happy, especially given the competitive prcing."

"I traveled with my wife, three children and Grandmother. We booked a condo through Summit County Mountain Retreats in Keystone, Colorado. Our condo was beautiful and our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The prices were more than reasonable, the condo was well-maintained and in a wonderful location. The staff was more than courteous and provided maps and spot on directions to both the condo and their main office. Overall our experience was wonderful and we left Keystone already discussing when we were going to come back."

"This was our first visit to Colorado and everything more than exceeded expectations. The condo rental was affordable, clean, great location, spacious and had everything that we needed! We had plenty of towels, when we ran out of wash cloths, the laundry facility was down the hall. We don't normally watch TV at home, so needless to say didn't watch much television during our stay, but the stations available totally sufficed. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook daily. My only complaint would be that we couldn't stay longer! We will be staying here again for sure. Thank you guys for providing our home away from home.:)"

"Clean, modern, but too many remote controls on the table. There must have been at least 10 for 3 TV's and no instructions. The cleaning fee of about $100 is ridiculous for a 1 night stay at a small condo. We pay that much for our 4000 sq ft home to be cleaned at home!"

"Great mountain and a nice place to visit. Truthfully, 8599 is a ghetto. The mattress would not qualify to be used in Shawshank Prison and the couch wouldn't belong at a Fraternity house at C U. What a dump. At $500 per night they should be ashamed. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom broke the first night and the hairballs in the master sink made it drain painfully slow. I had to drive into Dillon to buy a mattress foam pad and two pillows just to be able to sleep on it. The unit should be taken out of the rotation until it is cleaned and furniture replaced. As an Executive and owner of two companies I expect a of alot more when I pay $550 per night. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears."

"We asked for a 2 bedroom with a king and either 2 doubles and or 2 queens in the other room. We were given 4 bunk beds. I find it hard to believe that a condo like we requested wasn't available. It was very empty. Its disappointing when you are asking for something not to be heard."

"I'm not sure why they charge a $100 cleaning fee when the place was dirty when we checked in. The tile floors were sticky, there were food crumbs on the carpet and table, the shower liners are nasty, and there were food chunks and old dirty water pooled up in the dishwasher that left a gross smell. The location is great. It is close enough to walk to everything and quiet enough that our baby was able to sleep without hearing the late night crowd. Would not recommend this unit unless they do some major cleaning."
