"I really enjoyed the lakeside view. The place was very clean, quite and had all the necessary items for basic cooking. The only critique I have is that the neighbors lights really illuminate the bedroom, despite all the blinds being down.... maybe some black out curtains would help. The rental company's check in process was super easy and I was impressed with how they reach out to you to make sure everything is okay. Overall though I really enjoyed this location, view and stay and would definitely book again...maybe with just some eye covers;)"

"We have stayed at your establishment several times in the last 10 years and have been extremely happy with Lake Shore 1533. This year when we parked in front of the condo the first thing I found on the ground next to my truck was a used syringe. I called the office and the person there said they had nothing with that type of problem but would have the HOA take care of it. About a hour later someone came and picked it up. We had problems with the TV remote the last time we stayed in this condo and after a day your person figured out the the remote needed was new batteries and we had a similar problem this year. Is there a common problem here, replacing batteries in the condos? We noticed that the holes in the bathroom doors are still there from the last two times we stayed there. Lastly, Wednesday June 14th, we came out to go sightseeing and found that the windshield of my truck had been shattered and the roof and driver's door had been scratched. I called the office and reported it and the person there related they had no control over vehicles parked outside, I understand that. I contacted Summit County Sheriffs office and the officer responding thought it could be vandalism or some debris could have fallen off a vehicle and hit my truck. We could only find a fist sized rock in the parking area, but was it thrown or fell? Inquiring minds would like to know. Why is there nothing on the area above the parking spots in the way of a fence to prevent people or animals from falling off the wall and protecting the vehicles parked below from debris from the road hitting the vehicles parked below. I would like to think that your organization would want to protect yourselves from potential litigation from some child falling off that wall. Even a stretch of snow fence there would be better than what is not there now. I have to say this stay at your establishment was NOT the vacation we want to remember."

"Lovely, well-stocked condo 10’-15’ from A-basin and Keystone, 30-40’ to Copper and Breckenridge! Great to have access to garage to keep car snow-free. Managers were receptive with quickly answering any questions. Key pickup was easy. Some food around, but we found better restaurants and shopping 10’ away in Silverthorne. "We had a great stay at the lakeside condo. The price was the best we could find and the location is perfect. We skied at Keystone and had a great time there. The shuttle stop right outside the lobby was super convenient, as was the ski locker and the laundry facilities. We used the hot tub which was the perfect thing. We also used the kitchen a lot to save money on food. It would have been nice if the kitchen was a little more stocked with seasonings and oil, and the unit was a bit hot but that was easily fixed with opening the windows a tad. Those were the only complaints, though, otherwise this place is excellent!"

"Wonderful and convenient location. Shuttle bus from condo entrance to Peru lift. Elevator, luggage racks and garage were great benefits. East Lake pool often had no hot showers, but SCMR staff and Keystone guest services were helpful in getting that corrected. Free laundry facilities, but one of the washers leaked on the floor which we reported. Hope to stay here again. Watching pond hockey tournament from our living room windows was fun too."

"Overall a good stay. Location was great, right next to Keystone lake and a hop, skip jump drive to River run village/gondola and all that Keystone offers. Beautiful View and windows made for great bright space, with just enough room for us and our son (he slept good on sofa bed). Our only complaint is the King bed was terrible. Felt like a water bed/very springy and floated with EVERY movement from other person. Horrible sleeping and seems a condo of this nature should have better quality bed. This would make accommodations MUCH much better! Also, our garbage disposal/sink had some issues, but I"m sure this happens from time to time with so many visitors. It came with a garage space, which was really nice when it snowed/colder, so we didn't have to clean off car in the morning. Overall, a good stay, but wouldn't stay again unless bed was replaced and knew we could rest well. Location was nice and quiet at night, just needed a better quality bed!"

Probably due to staying mid-week, and due to COVID-19, the building was sparsely occupied and the whole village was very quiet. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. I appreciated the full kitchen as I cooked all our meals. The king bed was very comfortable - soft top and very soft sheets. Everything was clean and they left a bottle of disinfectant spray for us to use as well. Hallway doors and elevators were cleaned often. The view across the lake was lovely. We had to use the stairs for the majority of the stay because the Elevator stopped working, fortunately it was working for the days we arrived and left so we could use the bell cart for luggage. The couch is old as well. When we arrived the mattress cover on the pullout couch bed was filthy. We called the mgmt and they brought a new mattress cover out in a few hours.
The mgmt team is responsive when you call them.
Bottom line is these are easy and quick, low cost maintenance fixes that should be done on a regular basis and it is clear the company isn’t taking care of their assets."

"The property was exactly as described on the website. The check-in and -out processes were smooth, with no human involvement. Their app and timely email reminders were really helpful. All amenities were available and working. Also, I guess the plumbing issues mentioned in the earlier reviews had been fixed. The view of the lake and the mountains was so soothing. I had to frequent the Keystone Conference Center and it was a very short walk under the highway to get there. Well, if I have to mention any improvements, I'd say it might be slightly difficult for people to go to the Summit County Mountain Retreats office in the cold (1 stop on the free shuttle), with luggage, to get the keycard, if only relying on public transport. But I don't have an alternative either:-D. So, I'd surely re-book this place if I were to be at Keystone again!"

The Pipes leak bad under the bathroom floor and gets the carpet wet, when i informed them about the problem they sent maintenance to look at it while we were gone. When we returned a fan was positioned toward the wet floor and they sprayed febreze and left it on the counter. No one ever called to update me about how to deal with the problem at all. I stayed 4 nights and had to deal with the terrible mold smell and soaking wet floor/carpet every morning after my shower. A vacuum should be provided since unit has a rug. 3 humidifiers only one works. One of the bathroom doors gets jammed as it’s gotten water damaged and there is also some kind of leak going on in the bathroom that wets the carpet. Unit has dim lighting and they could also provide a cable channel line up to assist. On the last day they turn off the cable even though checkout is not until 10 am. "Two couples staid here for three nights in the winter. It provided great access for a variety of winter recreation. Even though there is just one bedroom and bathroom, there are two separate sinks on either side of the one bathroom so people still have the space and privacy to take care of themselves. Loved the view out the windows. Full kitchen was great. In spite of what we did with the thermostat, the room got too hot. Accordingly, we were forced to open up a window at night. The plastic card/key is too unreliable and too susceptible to getting corrupted so it may not work. In the winter that can be a big deal since there wasn't a lot of people traffic in/out of the building during the week. I got stranded outside without a coat and without a phone, and with a card/key that wasn't working. You trade convenience to businesses for a great view. For example a worthy grocery store is about 7 miles away, as are a couple good breweries. Although I very much enjoyed our stay here, I'll pick something closer to the "action" next time."

Of course, a lot of the stores/restaurants were closed. However, the location is close enough to Dillon/Silverthorne that we had plenty of shopping and dining options.
There was enough room for the four of us (me, my husband, and our two elementary-aged children). The bedroom was comfortable, and the children slept fairly well on the fold-out couch. The bathroom was a bit small, with two doors that open into it from either side, but it worked just fine for us.
I found crumbs on the kitchen counters, debris on the floors, and dishes in the dishwasher (not sure if they were clean, so I left them in there when I ran the dishwasher after we ate). I cleaned the kitchen as well as the bathroom counters/sinks before I felt comfortable using them. The only other issue we had were window treatments not working in the bedroom; the staff promptly offered to come check them out, then replace them.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation. We would stay here again."

"This property is worth every penny! The location was beautiful. It's close to Loveland pass and lake Dillon. It has a great view of the lake and of the mountains. Restaurants are very close. Dos Locos the mexican restaurant down the street had great food and service. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, I couldn't ask for better sleep. The customer service was top notch. They emailed me everything I needed to know. Instructions to get keys were very clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and family.. this by far was the best vacation rental I have every experience!"

"A solid bang for your buck option if you are staying in the Keystone Lodge area. This property is close to everything that you need in the keystone area and the view on the balcony is fantastic. It is not the nicest place in the Village but then you won't find others anywhere near this price."

"The Condo was clean, quiet with everything in good working order. Easy access to everything we wanted to do in the area. One thing needed is darker curtains in bedroom, too much light coming through at night. And the fans didn't work very well. The big box fan would move all over the floor so we couldn't use it. Did not find a garbage room next to elevator as described so we took it with us."

"It is a 'tired' old gal. Condo needs some attention. For instance, put 3-way bulbs in the fixtures designed for 3-way bulbs. Purchase/use sheets that do not come off at night (king). Sharpen knives!"

"We enjoyed our 2 nite stay. The condo is in a great location and plenty of room for 2 people (except balcony is teensy!). Modern kitchen, very comfy bed, good TVs in living room & bedroom, clean although a bit worn (carpet stains & lime deposits on grout). Very easy check-in with extensive info provided by mgmt company app. Would rent again!"

"Perfect for our ski trip to Keystone. Can't beat the rate for what you get and where you get it. Couple small things like a stain on some carpet/pillow or finicky hot water, so if you are the type of person who will complain about that look elsewhere, but they are so minor they really don't take away from a great experience. Off hours check in is super easy, as is check out. Made the trip hassle free, thanks."

"I would like to say that we enjoyed... Unfortunately, it wasn't the case. We go to Keystone quite often and compared to the River Run condos this place is super dated, with smoke smell and very uncomfortable mattresses (bedroom and sofa bed). After one night sleep we needed pain killers to hit the slopes again due back and neck pain. When asked for extra pillows, the answer was "you get what you get". The sheets would come off the bed as soon as you seat down and they were full of small balls and needed replaced badly. Kitchen stuff extremely old and limited tools to work with. I would never recommend this one to any of my friends, I’m sorry!"

"Check in and out was easy, this place was just what we needed. Good kitchen for cooking, and plenty of space for the 4 of us and our snow gear. Would love to come back when the lake is either frozen enough to skate on or melted in the summer!"

"The place was great. Bed was comfortable, rooms had awesome view of frozen lake and mountains. Location was perfect with a shuttle picking up from the lobby to go to keystone. Kitchen had everything you need to cook whatever meal you want. Ski locker in lobby was nice. Garage access was nice too, especially when the snow is falling. No problems or issues with our stay. Would definitely rent this property again."

"This unit is so cozy and in a great location. A requirement of mine is that the vanity has to be separate from the bathroom so that multiple people can shower/2 and brush their teeth at the same time. Low and behold this unit has two vanities! A jack and jill style bathroom was a nice touch. And there was plenty of closet space in both vanity areas. There were more than enough towels for our stay. Also came with two humidfiers. The garage was the cherry on the top. There were no instructions on how to access the garage but we were able to figure out that it was the same key as the ski locker key. Not having to wait for the car to warm up in order to melt off the snow on the windshield was awesome. My only complaint is I wished the kitchen was stocked with larger pots and pans. I will definitely return to unit 1533."

"Overall, a great condo for the price. A great location with the shuttle at the front door and ski lockers at the front door. Fun seeing the hockey on the lake in the evenings (the noise stops at 9pm so not really a disruption). Major complaint is the inability to turn off the heat in the condo. No matter how low we set it, couldn't cool below 75deg at night (finally figured out we had to sleep with the windows cracked all night). Also, told the parking garage might not be included anymore, note that on busy weekends/holidays close parking was not available!"

"Just make sure you remove your glasses before getting in shower so the mold isn't too obvious, and the rest is pretty clean. Interior doors and knobs need some maintenance. The front desk said there was actually no garage as advertised, but on the last day we noticed the flyer in the room revealing the garage number. Wish the front desk had better info! On the plus side, there is a shuttle stop right at the outside door so that's a huge plus for the location when getting to the slopes."

"Very cozy condo with great view of Keysrone Lake. Awesome deal for the money. The only bad thing was our key cards did not work all the time. Between the three key cards only one was working. They are two sides keys and at times we would have to use one key for the lobby door but another one for the condo door. Management got us a new key but it failed on day 3."

"My overall experience was average. While the location was spectacular, the property itself was not. The carpet was dirty, and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower. I also found it odd that guests were expected to perform some of the housekeeping tasks upon check-out, such as taking the trash out. Why am I expected to do so, while housekeeping can't even remove a bar of soap from the previous guest? Additionally, the wifi passwords on the sheet were incorrect, so I could not access the wifi. Overall, my experience was not the worst, but I absolutely expected better."
