Description

This 4-bedroom townhome in East Keystone sleeps 11 and features a two car garage with room for two more vehicles in the oversized driveway. The convenient location near Keystone Village and the proximity to hiking and biking trails makes it a home you will want to return to year after year. It is located on the Keystone Ski Shuttle route or a short 10-minute walk to the village for dinner or shopping.

The fully-stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel GE Profile appliances, making it a great place to prepare family meals during your stay. The dining area has seating for 8 and there are 4 additional spaces at the large breakfast bar.

The living room features a stone fireplace that you can enjoy after a long day skiing or exploring Keystone. The main living room also has large windows to see the stars at night and the amazing views during the day. Step out onto the large deck and enjoy your morning coffee while you soak in the crisp alpine air and scenic views. The living room also has a large flat screen TV and enough seating for everyone to enjoy their favorite Netflix movies.

In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed facing a flat-screen TV with a private balcony where you can enjoy a peaceful sunrise or sunset. In addition, the master bath features a beautiful walk-in shower and dual sinks and there is plenty of closet space in the over-sized walk-in closet. The upstairs guest bedroom features a beautiful queen bed, flat screen TV and a walk-in shower located in the hall bathroom just outside the bedroom.

The townhome has a secondary living room downstairs featuring a cozy sectional sofa for guests to enjoy a movie on the flat screen tv or family game night on the coffee table. The sectional sofa pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper.

The downstairs guest bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen TV, amazing forest views, and access to the lower patio. The lower patio features a private hot tub for unwinding after a day of hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter. There is also a bunk room on the lower level which has a twin-xl over queen bunk and a flat screen tv. The third bathroom is also located in the lower level featuring granite countertops and dual sink vanity.

This townhome has everything needed to have a memorable vacation in Keystone! You will want to come back again and again!

"This property was perfect, this is my 3rd time staying in Keystone and 1st time staying outside of the village. The shuttle was right there and easy to use so not being in the village was not an issue. This house was something to be admired, comfy furniture- I loved all of the decor, I even loved the dishes... we had an issue with the toaster, it was replaced in time for Breakfast the next morning.. This house has everything you need. We had 3 adults and 4 teenagers and had plenty of room. The house was clean, had games and puzzles everything you need for a great stay."

"The house was absolutely gorgeous! It had everything we needed to cook! We cooked every meal’. The heated garage was the best when taking off/putting on skis and a place to store the skis. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room with our 9 guests! I am so glad there was a washing machine and dryer! The bus stop was super close and I advise everyone to use the orange bus route! Thank you for a wonderful vacation house!

Check in: I did call to see about an earlier check in since we flew in from Houston. The company had us wait but the house was ready for several hours. I called twice. (2 weeks prior, 2 days prior, and the day of arrival. We would have paid an additional 50 to enter an hour early. The website says 15 dollars for one hour for each additional hour at check out. Work with your rental people better. Don’t offer on your website early check in if this is a definite no. Other than that, everything else was great!"

"This is the best experience ever my family has had vacationing in Colorado for the past 7 years! The house is new, clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable inside! The radiant heating from the heated floors is the way to go! The mattresses on the beds were more on a plush and soft side and I'm personally a fan of a firm mattress but my wife and kids loved their beds! The hot tub is amazing and the maintenance crew comes every other day to make sure it is functioning properly and adding required chemicals into the water. Overall we're VERY satisfied and will be looking into renting this property again!"

"We like staying in the Alders neighborhood because it's a very short drive to River Run. The house was great. We liked that there were both wine and martini glasses and the knives were reasonably sharp. Vacation rental kitchens often lack martini glasses and have dull knives. Also, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Only drawback is the lack of garage door openers, and the garage floor was dirty. If it was swept between stays, it would help avoid tracking dirt into the house."

"Our family loved staying in this luxury townhome. The floor plan worked great for our family as it had multiple living areas. The furnishings were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. As an added bonus, the heated floors were awesome. The townhome was very clean and overall I would recommend this property to any family looking for a great home with all the amenities of home. One suggestion would be to have detailed instructions on the TV remotes."

"I rented this VRBO for a company conference in Keystone. The place was perfect and I would definitely rent this place again, especially for my family for a weekend getaway. Lovely rental:) The cleaning company wasn't as detailed as they should be, considering how nice this rental was; I'd want to know if I was the owner. (For example, pillows were a mess, cheerios on the carpet, but only an OCD individual like myself would notice the smaller details). I'd still rent this property, no doubt."

"Our group of 8 had a great stay here, no complaints! Hot tip, the back corner of the heated garage was nice for the ski gear storage. Location to Keystone and US 6 is a bonus for sure. Plenty of room to spread out and use as a base camp for your Summit County adventures. We spent more time outside that we did inside, but the time we did spend there was great. Sign the log book on the coffee table!"

"This is our second year renting from SCMR and it won't be our last. We loved 747 thanks to its private hot tub, heated floors and well-stocked kitchen (tip: Buy EVOO as there is not one in the pantry). The heated floors throughout made early mornings easier and kept kids ski clothes cozy and ready to wear. We stopped at Costco in Denver and loved having the open kitchen and large table for our two families. The beds were very cozy with the upscale linens, though my brother found the Queen a bit too firm. The bunk beds were perfect for kids and the pullout sofa even got used! We took the shuttle home a few times and it dropped us off just a few doors to the left (get off at the top so you walk down the street instead of up). We did learn that pickup doesn't start until 8: 30 am so if you want fresh tracks, suggest the free parking lot at River Run or Mountain House. With kids, you get front-row parking! We had the kids in lessons at Mountain House and found it very simple to bring lunch and eat inside. The Peru lift has been upgraded so we were always on the mountain before 9am. The gas grill on the deck worked like a charm and got a nice cleaning from my husband. We even used the blender for morning smoothies and the waffle maker for a birthday breakfast celebration. There is a slow cooker in the unit if anyone is wanting to make chili. Loved having the extra Rubbermaid containers to use at lunch on the slopes. Thank you for renting this beautiful home. It met all of our needs and more!"

The location of the townhome was great, right next to the shuttle stop and a great view out the back. The kids loved playing in the snow out in the open area behind the townhome. "As 2 families with kids 16-21, this unit entirely met our needs! Loved the floor plan (able to have one family down and one family up with the 2 king bedrooms split). The kitchen/family room set up was perfect for time together and games! Location was great for easy access to the resort parking. Wish there had been more info about the free shuttle so we might have used that."

"For many years we've been using the SCMR homes in the Alders for our team of 12-13 year old athletes, coaches and parent chaperones. This year was flawless and the entire group of 47 people felt completely at home in the Alders neighborhood. A special thanks to all the office staff at SCMR.
