If you're looking for a nicely updated, pet friendly vacation rental, look no further! Check out this ground floor king suite located just a block away from the Garden City Pier in Garden City Beach, SC. This 1-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with 1 king bed, closet for storage, dining table and chairs, Smart TV, free wifi, private bathroom with shower and sink, mini fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and more! The space is perfect for a couple or small family getaway! Aside from the beautiful updates, our guests will certainly enjoy the proximity to the beach, Garden City Pier, bars, restaurants, and so much more. As of Winter 2022, this condo features some really nice updates! Recent updates include new furniture, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new microwave, new kitchen backsplash, custom tiled shower, and more!

Guests will enter the apartment through on the ground floor; no stairs or elevators! Upon entering, guests will enter into the living area. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, and access to the kitchenette. The kitchenette features a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and kitchen sink. We provide all basic cookware and kitchenware, and everything you need to prepare a snack or small meal will be stocked in the cabinets for you! For guests who prefer to dine out, Garden City has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very popular and convenient options as well. Centrally located in the apartment, guests will find a full-size bathroom. The bathroom has been nicely updated as of Winter 2022 and features a sink with mirror, toilet, custom tiled shower, and more.

The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment. This space offers a king size bed, TV, oversized closet for storage, overhead lighting, and more.

Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are able to bring up to 2 pets (dog or cat) with a paid pet fee of $100. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths in the bathroom.

Guests will be charged a small cleaning fee, and the departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you!

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking rental. Smoking is prohibited in the condo. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained and other charges may be applied. We believe in full transparency, and it's important that we are clear on what guests should expect when booking this property. This rental is just a few doors down from a local bar. As a result, music can often be heard. Inside the apartment, many updates have been made, and many areas of the rental are truly special. As with all rentals, cosmetic wear and tear is to be expected. Parking is first-come, first-serve, and there are several open spaces around the complex. Parking spaces may or may not be immediately available, and guests may have to park at open spaces around the complex. This is a very tropical and sandy area. We will do our absolute best to make sure the floors are swept and mopped prior to your arrival.

"This unit was perfect for 2 and was so convenient! Yes it’s close to the bar but it was never loud and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. It’s nothing fancy but it was perfect for a convenient place by the beach. Would be happy to stay there again!"

"Did not stay one night we walked in and immediately called the rental company place was filthy dead bugs live bugs dirty dishes under the sink dirty sheets on bed and sofa bed. Broken blind on front door nats all throughout the apt dead animal up in ceiling vent. Also alot of code violations. Took lots of pictures will post tomorrow. Would not let my animal stay here let alone my family. AND they are not giving me a refund cause i didnt cancel in their allotted time well if they would of shown real pictures of this place I never would of rented it in the first place"

"Check in was a breeze. The unit is located walking distance to the beach. I have family with kids living in the area..and the kids loved being able to walk to the arcade and ice cream shop. I will be back in 2 weeks. My only complaint... when we arrived the floor was very sandy. This tells me housekeeping didn't clean the floors. Do not look under the bed. Bring your own towels and blankets if you can."

"This place is not the place unless you like the smell of marijuana. We arrived late and we were okay with some smoke as listed inthe ad but it was overwhelming. The only window was nailed shut which is surely a safety violation as it only has one door and window. I wont even get started on the dirty outdated furnishings. I contacted the rental company at 8: 30 am and explained we were leaving. They would only refund our safety deposit"

"The place was very clean and well stocked. You get exactly what is shown on the website. The instructions for checking in and out were super easy and accurate. The resort has many great amenities. "Better than expected! Great room for the price! A lot of the previous reviewed said the room smelled of smoke from the bar next door, yet I am a non smoker and smelled no smoke of any sort at all. The communication and getting into my room and getting my rental agreement signed was a little confusing but most of it was on my end and any issues I had, the host was happy to help and quick to respond. No frills about this room but the dog had a wonderful trip and the area around the room is worth it just by itself. Lots to do in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was perfect for a short weekend trip. I was a little concerned about hearing noise from the Bar and smoke smells due to reading comments. This was not the case. If you have kids and 8pm is their bedtime, then this probably not for you because you can hear music and lots of other activities as you are downtown near it all, but never too loud or overbearing."

"Great location! Loved walking to the beach with my son and his dog! The only thing I would say to people looking to stay here is if you're staying through the weekend, make sure you're not a light sleeper. Nobody in our party was so it's not a big deal but there's a bar two doors down that has loud music until 2am which may be bothersome to some but this was a non issue for us. The location is PERFECT if you're looking for something ridiculously close to the beach, especially if you have a small dog. The coffee shop around the corner is on the way to the beach and a mandatory stop if you're staying here because the coffee there was DELICIOUS! We would definitely stay at this location again. Thanks!"

"This is a great location! A few miles from great (and I mean great) food in Surfside and Murrel’s Inlet. Very fresh seafood! We went up to Myrtle Beach, 30 minutes away, but the best beach was right out the door and across the street. It is a 3 mile walk on the beach to Surfside beach. And dogs are allowed on the beach anytime until May 1st. There is a nice dog park in Surfside. Murrel’s Inlet is very dog friendly and it is 3 miles in the opposite direction! It was a great time on an amazing beach. And the Ice cream at Painter’s was the icing on the cake!"

"One bedroom apartment is perfect. Everything you need without a high price tag. Exactly as described. One block from Pier, beach and a great little coffee shop steps away from apartment. A small grocery store for convenience with perfect hours. Bedroom was sound proof, spacious and huge closet space. Entertainment and Restaurants literally doorsteps from apartment. Very friendly people at The Bar. Dog friendly environment. I would definitely rebook at this same place. The hosts were absolutely amazing their response time to questions or concerns was lightning fast. Also, I didn't even realize I left my IPAD mini - I was contacted immediately. Couldn't have asked for any better customer service than what I received from Coastline."

"Coastline's rental was great! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. You can walk to the beach two mins, it is also central to any other locations along Myrtle Beach. There are bars around where you can go eat, as well as restaurants, and the Garden City Pier is literally right around the corner. The apartment was perfect for four people. The parking was not as bad as I thought it would be, there was always parking whether it was right in front or across the street or on the side. I loved that the Coastline answered all our questions in a timely manner. It really made our stay enjoyable and easy."

"This place was spotless! It was well supplied even had laundry detergent, hangers, dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The air conditioner was small but worked great cooled the entire unit. It was so nice to park and be able to walk to the arcades, restaurants, and peer. We would certainly stay there again. "Awesome place! We parked the car and didn't have to use it again until we went home. Right next door to a bar with great friendly people, but you can't hear any loud music at night in the condo. Right around the corner from an arcade, a go kart track, and a ice cream shop. Very clean, and not far from the ocean at all. Definitely will be staying again!"
