Description

This spacious multi-level 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house with heated 2 car garage, sleeps 12 with four queen beds, a twin bed, twin-over-full bunk, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. It has high-end finishes throughout, many wood and stone accents, and numerous picture windows. There is a comfortable living room on two of the three floors, and the home has a private deck and 2 additional balconies. Smart TVs are in all 4 bedrooms and 3 living rooms.

The entryway offers plenty of storage with a large coat closet, coat rack, and benches for your convenience. The main living area features a 65-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and large windows with great mountain views. There is a private deck with seating. The full-sized gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and is stocked with all the essential cookware you will need. The dining table can seat six and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also on this level is a master suite with updated en-suite bathroom, and a half bathroom.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a loft with a private balcony, pull-out sofa bed, large screen smart TV, and washer/dryer. New furnishings have been added to the loft as of Fall 2022. One of the upstairs bedrooms features a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and private balcony. The second upstairs bedroom features queen and twin sized beds, with easy access to another upstairs full bathroom.

Downstairs features a game room with a gas fireplace, foosball table, chess table, a large screen smart TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a granite countertop, sink, microwave and wood cabinetry. The fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed is on this level, as well as a full bathroom.

FRISCO: The home is located in the heart of Frisco, just one block off of Main Street with easy access to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, and Silverthorne. The Summit Stage Bus stops right on Main Street providing transportation to Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone. Downtown Frisco is bustling with fine dining, casual bistros, coffee shops, breweries, art galleries, and boutiques. The Frisco Adventure Park offers a lift-assisted tubing hill, beginner ski/ride hill, Nordic Center with cross-country skiing and snowshoe trails and horse-drawn sleigh rides. Summer offers chuck wagon rides and a free skate park, bike park and disc-golf course. The Frisco Bay Marina on Lake Dillon offers pontoon boats, stand-up paddleboard rentals, fishing and sailing. Warmer weather brings hiking and mountain biking and 55 miles of paved recreation paths. Frisco hosts more than 75 events every year. Whole Foods, Safeway and Wal-Mart are within a five-minute drive.

"Renovated townhouse with great view and ton of shuttles to nearby slopes, so you can keep cars in the garage. Close to main street with shops, restaurants and decorations. Garage for 2 cars and more space outside, great for a ski trip with friends. Plenty of towels, fast washing machine with dryer, good dishwasher, extra fridge for drinks."

"The property was wonderful, but the only thing I want to share with you is that the user experience is terrible because I had to review and sign contracts a couple of times due to a lack of process automation, as well as try to contact support so they could charge me manually. In conclusion, my suggestion is to automate the acceptance of contracts and have an updated payment gateway linked to your VRBO account."

"What a beautiful home in a great location. This home accommodated our large family perfectly with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and living areas. The home was clean, the beds were super comfortable, there were humidifiers in the rooms, plenty of games/puzzles in the closet, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed being able to walk a block over to Main Street to visit the restaurants and shops. Check-in and check-out was easy. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This location couldn’t be better! It is just one block off the heart of Main St and there are walking/hiking trails within walking distance or a very short drive. The house was clean and well stocked with basics and kitchen necessities. The 3 floor layout with a bedroom and TV area on each level was perfect for our extended family group.
