About the home

Timber Ridge occupies a prime spot in Silverthorne, facing the majestic
Tenmile Range and Arapahoe National Forest. Timber Ridge is far more just
a pretty view, however - you'll find plenty of ways to keep busy without
ever leaving the comfort of your resort! The clubhouse offers a pool to
swim in, hot tubs, a sauna, ping-pong, foosball and racquetball. Grills,
picnic tables and tennis courts are located just outside the clubhouse
for when you want to enjoy the temperate Colorado summer weather.

The spacious, open floor plans at Timber Ridge allows plenty or room for
the entire group! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with room
for eight (plus three at the breakfast bar!), two bedrooms with queen
beds, loft second floor with two sets of bunk beds, gas fireplace and
in-suite washer and dryer. While suites are comfortable enough to feel
like home, the alpine decor and natural touches remind you that you're on
vacation in one of the most coveted vacation spots in the west!

Skiers will find their haven in Silverthorne - Breckenridge, Arapahoe
Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail, and Beaver Creek are
all just a short drive away. During the summer, enjoy fishing and sailing
on nearby Lake Dillon, as well as hiking, jeeps, tennis, golf, and
horseback riding. Just outside the resort lies the Arapaho National
Forest and the South Willow Trail, leading to the Gore Wilderness Area.

"We love Timber Ridge. We have been going for years and have many fond memories of hanging out in the unit and relaxing in the clubhouse. Great views from the dining room and just a walk across the way to the clubhouse. We ski so the location is great, very close to Keystone and Breck, Copper and even Vail is not far."

"We have owned at Timber Ridge for over 20 years. Complex is at the top of the mountain. Our unit is a two story unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, something very important for getting the family or a group of friends ready to ski, shop, or whatever. Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, and A-Basin are all within 30 minutes drive or less. Major outlet mall at the bottom of the mountain. Plenty of things to do for both the skier and the non-skier. Clubhouse with sauna, hot tubs, indoor pool, and racquetball court is on site for after ski activities. Summer activities include Lake Dillon for sailing, streams for trout fishing, dude ranches, biking, and jeep trails. A fun, relaxing place to go with great mountain views."

"We own one of the few timeshares available at this resort. We have stayed a number of times. The views are incredible! You can see Dillon Reservoir, all three mountains at Keystone, part of Breckenridge, and the Continental Divide to the east. The units are not large, but comfortably equipped. The clubhouse has a small indoor pool, two nice hot tubs, a pool table, racquetball court, sauna, and more. The local free bus service stops right out front, usually every half hour. Just a few hundred yards up the road is a trailhead that leads into the National Forest and a wilderness area. This is a lovely location, and the units and clubhouse are nice. If you like less hustle and bustle, this is a great retreat that's still close to shopping and groceries."
