Sand Dollar unit #3 is part of a stunning 4-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool, dock, and is across the street from the beach!

Watch the Florida sunrise with your cup of coffee, fish from the dock, lounge by the pool or head to our white sand beach to watch the sunset. Our Florida canals are the best way to get a look at our natural wildlife!

Spacious 2 bedrooms each with king beds plus 1 queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. 2 bathrooms, one with shower/tub combo, one with stand-up shower. Fully stocked kitchen, individual patio. Shared washers and dryers available onsite, sleeps 6. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. This unit is on the upper level, left side.

Walking distance to the beach, a short drive or ride to FMB's Times Square. Activities available to you on FMB: biking, hiking, birding, shelling, kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing, dining, and most importantly RELAXING.

This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Guests will also be sent additional documents and questions from SafelyStay, our damage protection provider. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

"If you're looking for a clean, we'll taken care of, in the perfect location place to stay.... this is it. Close walk to a beautiful beach (sometimes we felt like we were the only ones there).
If you're looking for a reason to go to a beach vacation but your husband just wants to stay home and fish, you can use this place as a bargaining tool. I Caught several fish from the dock on the canal including redfish, snook, ladyfish, sail cats, and mangrove snapper. All while my wife and teenage daughters lounged in the pool watching. It was perfect.

There is still rebuilding efforts going on around the town and rental at no fault of anyone. No inconvenience at all really."

"Sand dollar unit 3 was as promised, clean and close to beach access! Quieter area of Fort Myers beach compared to closer to Times Square, but close enough to get to a restaurant in reasonable time. The pool was warm and heated as well! Would definitely stay again."

"We loved the Sand Dollar! The unit was impeccably clean, roomy, great amenities and provisions. We enjoyed the views from the patios, front and back of the canal and Gulf. The pool and pool area were maintained well for our relaxation. Good location with its proximity to the beach access, close to Publix and had the ability to day trip around the area. We would stay here again!"
