Welcome to 1010 East Ashley! This 4 BD/2 BA Folly Beach home can accommodate 9 guests and offers not just one, but two living rooms and kitchens! The main floor is upstairs, houses 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen and living area, and a large screened-in back porch with abundant seating. Downstairs, guests can enjoy another entire apartment equipped with a secondary kitchen, a King bedroom, a full bath, and another living room. The two living rooms provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The separate spaces also make accommodating different activities or interests easy, such as gaming, reading, or socializing. It's the perfect place to make lasting memories with your family and friends and enjoy the space and flexibility.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Announcements
Some welcomed news in 2024 is The City of Folly Beach will be re-nourishing our beach which is much needed!
Although not confirmed by the city, work is expected to start around early March until mid-August 2024 and will be focused one block at a time. While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance that your closest beach access point may be impacted during your stay.
The city hasn't provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing. But you can stay informed with the latest by visiting the City of Folly Beaches website.
Please note that our office does not have any more information than what is posted online, and we are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the re-nourishment during your stay.

You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
There is plenty of parking in the back lot of the house.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 plus tax per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 9 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

To comply with Folly Beach's new strict noise ordinance, we now use noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

"First, the location is exceptional being so close and a quiet part of beach. The house has double kitchens upstairs and down and perfect for our needs and the house is in very clean condition with all that is required for a comfortable stay. The screened in porch was a plus. "This house accommodated our extended family trip so well. We loved playing games on the huge screened porch and it was perfect for my morning workouts as well. Beach access was very convenient. "Decent house on East Ashley Avenue but the basement accommodations smell musty and no one wanted to sleep there. Otherwise, it was a nice stay but the property needs attention indoors and out. Just a simple clean up of the outside of this house would have been appreciated. Garden hoses, beach toys and random garden items were strewn about the property which showed its age. The neighbors must hate having this house rental property next door."

"With a group of 8 of us, we had enough space and weren't on top of each other. We were able to all hang out in the upstairs living room comfortably. Both kitchens are well-stocked with dishes and cookware. The location is peaceful, but close enough to the main part of town to walk if you want. The beach access is very close. I would recommend bringing extra pillows and blankets if you think you'd want them. There were a couple of extra pillows in the closet."

"We rented this house which provided lots of space for us and our adult children and spouses. Nice set up with 2 full kitchens, just wished it had one more bathroom. The upstairs dishwater wasn't working but thankful the downstair kitchen dishwasher worked well. Will keep this house in mind for future trips."

"The house was clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch and found the December weather very good in Folly. It is about a 1 mile walk to town which we found enjoyable to be outside. We also rented a golf cart which to me seemed reasonable. The house has only 2 bathrooms so as long as you go with a smaller group it is fine. Overall we were very happy with our stay and look forward to another trip to Folly someday.
