The Master has a comfortable King Bed and windows to bring in the outside and watch the stars or you can shut the blinds and sleep in. Upper level has the Queen Bedroom and the Bunk Bed room along with a loft that you can work, study or just relax and enjoy the view from the large windows, or head downstairs to the new Colorado-themed game room! Play air hockey, try your hand at the slot machine or pinball machine.

Alpine Vista Cabin has 3 spacious private bedrooms. The master suite which is located on the first floor has a King size bed and windows that allow the luxury of feeling like you are in the woods while still being able to pull the blinds and relax inside! There is a large Jacuzzi tub to soak in all the fun from your day of exploring. There is a shower for quick clean up with a sink, and also attached is a separate toilet room with a sink so everybody has access to a toilet when you need a little privacy. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a half bath in between. The Queen bedroom with the bank of windows gives the tree house a feel. The Bunk bed room is the perfect place for all your kids' slumber party fun! Just outside the upstairs bedroom is the loft with a desk and lighting for a work space. Don't feel like working? That's fine because there is also a comfortable chair to sit and catch up on your favorite book or just spend some time relaxing as you look out from the floor to ceiling windows at the glorious view!

The open concept on the first floor allows seamless entertainment and family time. You can sit in the comfortable living area and stay warm with the wood stove. If its too hot for the stove, feel free to open the double set of glass doors that lead to the deck and enjoy the view, the warmth of being that much closer to the sun and an awesome mountain experience. With the dining area flowing from the Great Room and the gourmet kitchen with multiple sinks and optimal counter space, nobody will miss out on the fun conversations happening even if you are the chef for the evening!

The gourmet kitchen comes with two sinks and long counter space for preparation of meals so everybody can be involved with the cooking. The owner has stocked all the pots and pans and everything you could possibly need for all the home chefs out there, as he loves to cook. You can use the convection oven or use the oven like a normal oven to make large meals. With seating at the counter top, everyone can be a part of the memory making. No better kitchen to enjoy a full stomach and the mountain experience without having to spend your whole trip budget going out to get the same feel.

The spectacular wood deck is the perfect spot for your morning coffee and believable Park County sunrise. Make sure you keep an eye out for wildlife to walk through as the moose and elk love this area! At night you can enjoy a drink and some conversation while watching the sunset. But make sure to stay out there a little past, as the night sky filled with bright stars, and the occasional shooting star, is not to be missed. You can use the grill out back that has both propane and charcoal and enjoy everything the great outdoors of the central Colorado Rockies has to offer!

On the property there are trails and during the winter, you can follow the trails for snowshoeing. There truly is no better place for you and your family/friends to enjoy all of what Central Colorado has to offer. You are a short distance to trails, hiking, fishing, and skiing, what else could you possibly ask for?

"Everything was exactly what they said AND more! Beautiful cabin in the perfect place! Exactly what they said it was. We really enjoyed our stay! Exceptionally clean! Great views! Second Home, the management company, was as amazing as the cabin and location! We loved the beautiful birds that we saw and fed (They were so friendly; I know that we weren't the first! LOL) This cabin would be a perfect place for a small family reunion! Would definitely go back!"

"Loved this location, wonderful views from the deck, very spacious, quiet neighborhood. Game room was nice but the pinball (only one arm was working) and slot machine (non-responsive) weren’t functioning properly. The one thing to be aware of is that the sliding barn door that separates the living room from the master bedroom/bathroom has no obvious way to lock it and opens right to the jacuzzi, so walking in on someone bathing is likely. Overall though a great Colorado cabin."

"The house is very nice. Know that this elevation is significantly higher than Breck. The house is at 10,600, which my family got a bit of elevation sickness. They are not joking about needing 4wd to get up the driveway when there is snow on the ground. I would not recommend if you are needing internet or streaming tv. Neither were functional."

"We couldn't be happier with our experience at Alpine Vista. Communication was exceptional with the property managers, they were very timely in responding and going out of their way to make sure everything was okay for us. There was also some weather advisories in the area and they reached out to let us know about those as well and what we could expect--this is above and beyond. The property itself was great-- amazing views, wildlife all around and beautiful trees make the property very private. There are a lot of stairs in the house so when you arrive take it easy getting everything into the house! You will tire quickly! We had everything we needed in way of kitchen appliances, towels, TV, and local area attraction information. Be sure to have good tires if coming in winter--the driveway is steep but no issue with good 4WD--they mean this when you see the signs! Location of the property was great--right in the middle of everything--easy drive into Breck and just a bit further into Frisco and Copper. We also took a day trip into Canon City--little bit of a jaunt but not bad when we prepared for it. And being right outside of Fairplay we were close enough to run into town for anything we forgot, excellent restaurants and shopping. We will be back to Alpine Vista again!"

"We were switched to this cabin because of a repair issue in the original. It had multiple showers and bathrooms making it very convenient for our group of six. Very comfortable and beautiful location. Improvements could include a ping pong table in the open basement, more variety of plate and bowl sizes, a few more trash cans in bedrooms, one more comfy chair in woodstove area. We had close access to Pennsylvania Mountain and not far to MT Sherman, MT Democrat and other mountains."
