Very good
"The house was a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and close enough to down town Estes but far enough to enjoy the views. We was hoping for a fire pit but there was none, maybe next time. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. We hope to come back and stay again soon."

"The snow fell on what seemed to be a quiet and dreary day on Stutzhaven, but then the sun broke behind the beaver (at Longs Peak) to thaw the earth for sun-filled adventures in the mountains. We loved our stay here and enjoyed skiing in Eldora. We shall return one day! Thanks Papa Stutz!"

"Stutzhaven was the perfect place for our family of 4. We spent a wonderful holiday enjoying the spectacular mountain views and lounging in front of a warm fire! The great room was ideal for cooking and hanging out together. Super cozy and comfortable. We had a problem with the hot water and Sky Run attended to it immediately. Cant wait to return! "It was awesome to come and soak in the beauty of God's creation. The views are spectacular in varied weather: Clear, to snowing 10 inches. God is Good. We have been to Estes Park before and always enjoyed our time with friends hiking and exploring. We were able to introduce our grandson to the mountains of Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. He loved the wildlife and was a trooper going on trails at Bear Lake, Sprague Lake, and Lumpy Ridge. Having cancer was not going to prevent me from coming to Estes Park to complete my bucket list. We so enjoyed the home here, the warmth, and coziness of your home. (11-10-17)"

"It was a wonderful week full of hiking, rafting, biking, fly fishing, animal watching, shopping & so much more. It was a week of making memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you! This is our 6th trip to Estes. We've stayed at a different location every time. This was by far the nicest place we've stayed. It felt like we were coming home each night. The view from the front window was breathtaking. Your home is beautiful. Thanks for sharing it with us! (7-20-17)"

"Mom and Dad have been coming to Estes Park since 1979. Today we are celebrating our 10th Anniversary. We stayed here with them and our two children this week. We enjoyed fireworks along Dry Gulch and one evening but the light of the moon, Mom and I sat up with a fussy baby enjoying the silhouette of the mountains. The kids enjoyed pine cone collecting and bubbles during our stay. We loved being so close to downtown and the National Park - a drive over to Grand Lake was very worthwhile. We spotted 5 moose - 3 were out in fields and easily found! We loved out stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us! (7-7-17)"

"We are enjoying our stay in your nice home. First time for us to be in Estes and it is beautiful and awesome, and we are having a wonderful time. The view is great and God knew what he was doing when he made this part of the country! May everyone that enters the door of this house enjoy it as much as we have! (June 14, 2017)"
