Very good
"Very clean and nice property and good location, close to everything. Not impressed though with their strict policy of 4pm check in and 10am check out, given the cost of $800 a night after fees."

"A wonderful property to get away to and relax. Our timing must have been perfect as it was super quiet and the elk were surrounding us daily. Opening those windows at night and listening to the river was amazing! The townhouse is in great shape and a wonderful retreat! Going to do a repeat! The only set back was having to wait until 4pm to check in."

"This mountain retreat was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 adults. Everything we needed to make fabulous meals was in the cabin. We wanted for nothing. The linens were luxurious, the beds were comfortable, and the view was majestic. We loved the wood burning fireplace and the freedom to use the garage with remote. This cabin was close enough to walk to the coffee shop along the river even in the snow but far enough away to feel is to feel remote. Downtown Estes is absolutely charming and we loved shopping throughout the well the week. The country store just up the road had all the provisions we needed. We've stayed in rentals all around the world and this was truly a gem!"

"This home was a perfect place for us to stay while exploring the Rockies. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had upgraded appliances and supplies and we were able to cook a meal as if we were at home. We were there when the weather was warmer than usual and it was hard to keep the upstairs cool, but besides that it was a great place."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our daughter's family. There was plenty of room for all. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were 2 and a half bathrooms. The kitchen was nice too. The children had their own beds and woke up every morning to look out the window at the river. They loved taking walks down the river."

"This 3-bedroom townhouse was a perfect home for us while we explored Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park with our two 20 year old sons. It was clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds, two spacious living areas (upstairs and downstairs) and all the kitchen amenities we needed. The location was perfect, halfway between the entrance to RMNP and Estes Park. We would love to stay here again when we return to the area, hopefully soon!
