- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

$135 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$135 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $135, OR no-cost Safety Check)

- 4WD vehicle Required in Winter to reach the home.
- Parking for 4 cars in driveway.
- Print/follow driving directions included for this property. GPS may not work all the way to the home. 
- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay in this home high on a ridge south of Estes Park. The unobstructed view of snow capped peaks from the front widow and a similar view from the large hot tub in the master bedroom were simply spectacular. While there were only two of us there for a romantic getaway, the home has three on-suite bedrooms and easily enough room for a large family or a group of friends. The home has everything needed from dishes, pots and pans, TVs with cable in every bedroom, as well as strong wifi. Highly recommend this rental to anyone considering a mountain getaway."

"Excellent View if you could get to any Deck. Even windows were so dirty you could not see out of them. Emailed listing agent and was told that in the description it stated Back decks under maintenance, but did not say All of them were. Doors to decks screwed shut leaving only one fire escape on the top floor, none on 2nd to ground floor and one on the ground floor which was 3 stories down from entrance. One of the green chairs in Picture is warn through on arm. Couch covered with blankets due to stains and ware. Kitchen stove Dials so warn you could not see oven temp you were putting on. when you pull up there is a path way that leads to picnic table, could not use due to over grown path. and picnic table on same level as entrance so warped you would fall over if sat on one side. bedrooms were good Bathrooms were OK Very small shower in Most downstairs bath with a red Hot tub/ soaker tub inside but could not see out window. 1/2 bath on main floor had a small toilet with a elongated toilet seat (Strange) Told do not run 2 appliances at one time, so must have electrical issues. Did not realize this is a part of a multi complex, with at least 2 others so you will not be alone. Beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen equipment. Has a radio but had parts siting beside. Tv was good but had older people with us and hard to figure out how to use tv. Could use instructions at each TV sight. I booked this 2-3 months in advance, shame on me thinking the maintenance issues would be taken care of before we came. Long switch back road for about a mile so be comfortable driving one lane dirt road and pulling as close as you can to edge or side to allow opposite direction to pass. Driving up was very excited about how high it was and what wonderful views it would have. I think everything could be overlooked it you just see these views. I work for a Travel agency and would not book this for any of my clients until some of the ware and tear/ maintenance issues gets fixed."
